Fraud investigator

I started working at Absa in 2012 as an ATM Claims Agent. Shortly afterwards, I started working as Fraud Analyst in Internet Banking Fraud and have been in the department to do. As part of my role, I engage with management, team members where we share best practise ideas, and with customers giving feedback on cases of fraud and explaining the process in detail, as I believe that customer relations form the basis of any business. In my line of work, professionalism is key and I display a high level of integrity in everything I do. My role has exposed me to different facets of the business and I have gained emotional maturity that is required to empathise with clients without compromising on professionalism. I enjoy engaging with customers and providing them with the best service at all times.

Pros: I guess we all want growth but for me its more of perfecting my current role then move within so i will know and perfect when and if the importunity what i will be doing.
Cons: when you love what you doing and want to give the best service extra hours will never be a problem.

Been with Absa for 21 years. my career growth been a slow due to not been able to pay for my own studies. worked myself up from a bank clerk to a Business Analyst. I'm very loyal towards Absa, never had any issues regarding to co-workers. I enjoy my work as I work in the Change environment and learned all the business areas. I like constant change.

Pros: Know the Business processes/systems
Cons: staff want my input on all changes

Working as an individual and in team environments and can juggle many tasks at once.

Being in an environment surrounded by positive people who always available to assist when you need assistance made me to be more experianced. i have learnt how to deal with clients and also to respect our Absa values putting the clients in the heart of whatever i am doing.

Pros: i like interacting with other people in the environment that i am working for and that grows more knowledge and experience, being in meetings with my team where everyone is given a chance to share information
Cons: Working on the same thing for a very long time where you have to spend the most of your time on.

I enjoy serving people

I ensure that all new joiners are captured before payroll cut off, ensuring that documents that are submitted are correct. I've got a great relationship with all the people I work with and it goes above that as I always reach out to people in other departments. I have learned that hardwork beats talent, I've also learned how to read payslips calculate Tax on salaries. Interaction with co-workers is what i enjoy and serving people. Most challenging part is remaining in SLA.

Good working skills

Excellent Learning curve, able to work as part of a team.

I am currently working as telesales consultant at credit clear company

I have all experience and qualities to deliver at all times very eager to learn,always ask if I don't understand, team players and educate each other, I am always do follow ups with my existing clients in order to get how is the service and get referrals

Pros: I was a customer service and get promoted to sales consultant due to my performance and the way I was priobing to my clients, I am.passionate about sales and seevice to my client and I can increase customer based within short period of tiime
