Fraud investigator

I started working at Absa in 2012 as an ATM Claims Agent. Shortly afterwards, I started working as Fraud Analyst in Internet Banking Fraud and have been in the department to do. As part of my role, I engage with management, team members where we share best practise ideas, and with customers giving feedback on cases of fraud and explaining the process in detail, as I believe that customer relations form the basis of any business. In my line of work, professionalism is key and I display a high level of integrity in everything I do. My role has exposed me to different facets of the business and I have gained emotional maturity that is required to empathise with clients without compromising on professionalism. I enjoy engaging with customers and providing them with the best service at all times.

Pros: I guess we all want growth but for me its more of perfecting my current role then move within so i will know and perfect when and if the importunity what i will be doing.
Cons: when you love what you doing and want to give the best service extra hours will never be a problem.

Very good learning experience

Its a good company to work for and your growth is dependent on your hardwork with good working hours and good incentives when you work hard.challenges are there but they help you master your job and they give you the experience on how to solve problems .

Good

Good relationship with my colleagues. we have fun in our working environmental Being such a person I am always willing to go an extra mile, without prejudice with regarding to my seniors. With my personality ,endurance, loyalty and respect towards others, I feel that being in this position i can render a much a better employee to the company.

Application for position of Personal Assistant.

I Manabalala Morgan would like to apply for position ofPersonal Assistant as I am disabled candidate using surgical boot. I have grade 12, N4-N6 Management Assistance and IT System Development. I have 6 months experience in admin, 18 months experience in IT Department working as a Web Developer and I am currently working at ABSA so far I have 8 months experience.

Good working environment

A typical day will be assisting clients to get their account in order solving any problems the might have.helping and teaching new collegues who joined the company getting them settleled in . I learned to be able to manage my day and job as I move around a lot in the bank helping out in other departments where they need help. Learned hoe to organise and plan for each day and task given . Creating change and also being able to lift up the spirit of the team .I was also nominated as a change enabler as I bring fUn in the team and people will prefer to talk to me when they have problems .I can say the most challenging in the job is always learning new problems and also finding out the solution but it's also great to be able to get solutions for our client .

I am looking for a company that values employees

A typical work day start at 07:30 am and ends at 17:00 pm were my duties are split I assist in the teller, host areas to allow for lunch breaks and the balance of my day is spent resolving supplier issues and the daily branch admin. I have learnt to be more accretive in different areas and have been on managerial courses to develop managerial skills which I now apply in my day to day job functions. the Staff I work with are like any other we have our good and bad days but we support each other were we can and through this I have developed a good working relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy admin it is my strong point, dealing with clients can be difficult but also rewarding.

Pros: Working for a large company for so long gives you a sence of job security
Cons: My work consumes alot of my personal time because I take work home to complete

I have previously worked for FNB from 2008 to 2015

I have previously worked for FNB from 2008 to 2015 starting as a Teller, Collections official, Multi skilled consultant then Sales and service consultant until i was appointed at ABSA middle office in January 2016 up to date as a cConformance consultant

Pros: It made me to grow and gain much experience in a Financial industry
Cons: being able to work under pressure and meeting your target

Advanced Career Enhancement

every working day is full of activities and tasks e.g. we are involved in daily strategical meetings, great team collaboration where we are required to service business with accurate data ad hoc queries and projects. I have a good relationship with most of my co workers and most of it is more professional than anything for the sake of ensuring deliverables are met. My team is mostly full of specialists in what we do so we rely on requests and project planning, our environment is full pressure on deliverables but we mostly rely on sharing ideas and synergy on most task that need collaborative efforts. I enjoy problem solving, stakeholder communication and mostly project planning and execution because you get to interact with business on higher scale. The most challenging part of my job is when our stakeholder cannot declare their requirements in terms of coding and DBMS information they require.

Pros: Great opportunity for knowledge base
Cons: Limited opportunity for promotion and recognition
