Excellent learming curve and Ihave gained lots of experience.

It was a friendly environment and there was an open door policy with management. Call cenre is a happy environment where wyou work freely and exprss yourself amd this also contribute in working smart and achieving monthly targets.

Excellent learning curve

Good experience

The experience is good dealing with customers, coming to an environment were the work ethics are at par, I have learnt to deal with irate clients, I have gained customer service skills, Problem solving skills It might be challenging but I'm willing to engage in every project we as a department handle, I strive to work under pressure and dillinger within expected Slate

Learnt a lot about working with people especially handling conflicts .

A typical work day is calling clients to get them to rectify their cheque based overdrawn account and thereafter submit a report on the task. The time frame of the task is between 08:00 am till 10:00. The the sanctioner have comments about your report its returned for re-work dead line before 15h00. Ad hoc requests such as request bank codes, increases in credit limits also forms part. The role is risk based and naturally there is conflict between sales and credit.So at times this puts stain on the relationship . I have learnt that managing expectation is key in any working relationship . Its important to establish common objectives I enjoyed learning new things the most and working on new credit based applications Systems issues , non responsive customers , processes and red tape .

Experience gained

I have gained great experience working in a team, as an individual and under pressure. I am a dedicated and compassionate person. i acknowledge diversity and have a good relationship with other employees in the branch and even in other branches(other town). I ask for assistance where I struggle and also share my knowledge and experience with other collegues. I

Pros: Daily interaction with customers and getting satiesfied when the customers are happy with my service. Recognizing hard work by sending recognitions.
Cons: Having to always look for suspecious people or objects.
