My working e patience is good as iam currently enjoying rehabilitating and educating people taking control and ownership,its like having my own business cause I treat people the way i want to be treated where iv opened credits.

All rounder

love working, having fun yet also completing deadlines and tasks. Go the extra mile and solve problems to maintain a good working environment. Friendship with co-workers is important as it plays a role in work nd personal life as friends can be made anywhere anytime and is there to help eachother.

Learning to adapt and face challenges head on

Working with a team as team to achieve a common goal which is to assist customers right the first time Getting along with your team members makes it to work inn a callcentre enviroment since your teammates are also your support system which makes the job easier especially when dealing with those challenging queries. Having to deal with customers over the phone can be a challenge especially those who are'nt familiar with the product they are using since you're unable to demonstrate to them and that's where I've learnt to be patient and work with them to get the query resolved and when all is done I feel proud that I have taught them how to resolved the problem on their own

Good customer services

Enjoy working with customer because i personally learn and interact with both colleagues, customers and management. So that makes me to grow on a daily basis. The most important part is to take my customer as my employer and tried to resolve any querie that brought to my attention and put my self in their shoes and make it a point that the administrative side is clean and easy to submit to any superior that will look for it. Customer services is the key in the field that i am working

Pros: I make it a point that anything that is on promotion reach my customer as soon as possible because they are the pilker of my success and makes them happy

Well organised, Good communication skills.

Excellent customer experienced gained.

a typical work day for me basically is coming to work with a positive mind set knowing what is expected of me today. I love working with people not only do i enjoy being in the company of customers but as well as my co-workers, rather not co-workers but famliy. i have a lot since i have started as a sales consultant, what i have learnt the most is how to control my emotions in certain situations. and also how to go about dealing with difficult customers. The feeling of a sales coming on just gives me an adrenaline rush, reason why i love sales is because everyday you get to do something better. most challenging aspects of the job is , competition, everybody wants to be on top, and this is where greed comes in , and jealousy

Excellent learning curve

1St line technical support to resellers and direct clients for broadband packages including broadband fibre, LTE, wireless, ADSL and vodacom satellite. We provide 1St line checks if system is still down we then escalate to 2nd line support where we would be liaison with clients following up on the service request logged to the 2nd line support. I have learnt that updating your client and showing your willingness to assist is the key to best customer service. I enjoy bringing a smile to each and every client I assist. My challenge is when I request assistance from someone and they don't deliver assistance on time bringing a bad name to the company.

Great rope to learn new and perferct communication skills and soft skills

It is a place surrounded by friendly people, hard working and passionate. I normally get straight shift for only a week. I learn a lot on working independently. Working with hard to reach goals and monthly targets

Pros: Opportunity to learn. Dealing with different kinds of people and different attitudes and moods. Learning skills on how to communicate.

Frustrated

- 24/7 availability - Wrong people in positions - Very little future aspects due to race - Loads of responsibility - Bad/Clueless Management - No understanding anyone has of job function and importance there off - Always expected to do from A-Z - Inter departmental issues and red tape
