Excellent learning curve

1St line technical support to resellers and direct clients for broadband packages including broadband fibre, LTE, wireless, ADSL and vodacom satellite. We provide 1St line checks if system is still down we then escalate to 2nd line support where we would be liaison with clients following up on the service request logged to the 2nd line support. I have learnt that updating your client and showing your willingness to assist is the key to best customer service. I enjoy bringing a smile to each and every client I assist. My challenge is when I request assistance from someone and they don't deliver assistance on time bringing a bad name to the company.

Manage an extensively busy diary Load new contractors Maintaining office maintenance Ordering POS, stationery and adhoc stuff Make my boss coffee and warm his lunch every day. Travel for all staff Personal stuff for my boss

Learning to adapt and face challenges head on

Working with a team as team to achieve a common goal which is to assist customers right the first time Getting along with your team members makes it to work inn a callcentre enviroment since your teammates are also your support system which makes the job easier especially when dealing with those challenging queries. Having to deal with customers over the phone can be a challenge especially those who are'nt familiar with the product they are using since you're unable to demonstrate to them and that's where I've learnt to be patient and work with them to get the query resolved and when all is done I feel proud that I have taught them how to resolved the problem on their own

Amazing customer experience interaction at all touch points of the business

my jobs has taught me how to apply care on every customer interaction, this is because our company has a vision that relates with me. the vision is to be admired and loved by our customers. i believe this vision relates to me because i am customer obsessed and would do anything to keep a customer for a business i am representing as i also think our customer are our greatest ambassadors and should be treated with respect and care.

Collection exprience

I enjoy reaching the ultimate goal in each and every call I make, assisting clients is the most enjoyable experience ever. I love Team challenges and working together as team that way I get to interact with my co-workers and get to know each other better but getting to solve a query that its not within my department is the most challenging aspect of the job as I don't like giving clients incorrect information to clients

Excellent customer services

A typical work day at this company is quite fast paced so i have to be on my feet . my relatinship with co - workers are good as we all get along and work as a team . i have learnt great customer service skills as well as administrative duties as well as manager duties. i enjoy mostly helping others as it has become a real passion of mine . the most challenging aspects are stock availability and customer relations as we are now and then out of stock that customers seek.

Pros: great commission structure and hours
Cons: hardly any off days .
