Virgin active gives a lot of potential to grow within company. They are selective with who grows. Many choose their pathways in company and need to see a future with in company.

My experience at Virgin Active
Virgin Active is one of the best company I've ever worked for since I started working. On a daily base I meet amazing clients clients who teach me a lot about me by listening to them while helping them.
Pros: Great working environment with good growth structures.
Cons: I want to explore a different industry.

Good place for growth
Working with my team mates helped me to be team player. Dealing with different kind of clients taught me to handle different objections. My relationship with my Sales Manager was very good because he had that motivation to keep us going. My colleagues were also like brothers and sisters, that spirit made me to go to work even when I'm off.
Pros: Clients getting advices from me...made me feel proud
Cons: Clients complaining after they've joined....wanting to cancel

Professional, Learn everything I need to asap, to excel at what I do
I have been dealing with cliënt’s or people, since I started working. Self employed as a Wellness Coach / Personal Trainer for 11years, has made me realize the importance of always putting the cliënt first, by resolving issues and problems prominantly. I have dealt with people from all walks of life and see myself as a professional when it comes to dealing with cliënt's. I have excellent people relations, communication skills and work ethic. I want to work for a company where , if I give 200% effort, I will be able to grow with the company/organization.

Excellent learning curve
It's a very professional and ethical company where you can't wait to wake up and go to work. Typically work day is where I'm having fun with calling members and offer them solutions regarding to their queries. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, infect we more of a family than colleagues. I have that in order to make a business work you need to friends with those that you lead and working in a warm environment always yield results that are positive. What is challenging is that is a target driven job and without negotiation skills, you can't make it. And in mid-month is really not bsy time and there's less revenue as a result.

Passionate about sales and growth.
I manage of team of 6 consultants. Touch base with them every morning guiding them to reach their goals. Plan the daily, weekly and monthly strategy to over achieve on targets. Have daily meetings with HOD's to inform them of the sales updates. Report to area manager daily. I love what I do because I get to see people grow under me. High pressured environments excite me and brings on an adrenaline rush when targets are reached . It is always a challenge working with people and managing different emotions but it gets easier with time
Pros: Great opportunity for growth. I became a sales manager a year and half after being a consulting

Excellent
I a m , a fast learner , I also can work alone , or even ,I also do the SHE raps of the gym , to make sure that everyone there are safely and also that we meet the occupition health and safety standard, I also do the preventing of maintenance for the gym

Excellent fast learner
maintenance tech . Good working relationship with my co-workers . I have learnt maintenance basics .I enjoy the most electrical , my specialty. .To do shifts .

Good learning
Was fun and flexible. Lot of leanings. Good health and safety policies. Good for people who have just finished school or are still in school. Working hours can be long sometimes
