Im team player and like the challenge's
My skills are varied and I am a proactive and enjoy challenges. I am individual that is always eager to learn, to boost my experience and gain additional experience. If given an opportunity and the relevant training, I guarantee to offer the company more than what will be expected of me.

Always challenge the norm.
Working at my current company has challenged me to to keep abreast with the latest trends in Sport, fitness and health. We value good customer service in order to maintain retention. We work harder to be always on top of the game which sometimes increases pressure at work. A typical day is filled with smile, energy and enthusiasm in order to motivate our clientele and ensure that they always come back for more irregadless of the costs.

You learn alot and given a chance to grow internally
My work is good, I get along with everyone very well as we bring different things on the table and our challenges and how to solve them, I learnt to work under pressure, to challenge challenges, think like a winner. I enjoyed being around motivated people, doing something different Everyday. The most challenging aspect is when you have to make a decision that will affect someone's life like when someone does wrong and they have to leave the company because you picked it up.
Pros: Working here is great, getting promoted its not so bad as there are lots of virgin actives that requires people
Cons: When it's month end and we need to reach the budget we work extra hours and when the regional managers are coming for visit

Good company for growth
I have a good working relationship with my colleagues, I enjoy working or interacting with clients, I have good communication skills, im very understanding, easy to talk to, adaptable, very attentive, pay attention to detail, honest, outspoken and loyal. I learned peoples behaviour and attitude in the working environment, I got a learnership at Virgin Active due to my hard work, I've just graduated last year as I am holding an NQF 5 in Fitness&Personal Training. I've gained my experience and I love it but now I want something different yet challenging

Very supportive and they listen to our cornsences an actually take them into consideration.
It was a bliss working for this amazing Company,not only did I learn new skills that are still relevant today but I also grew as a person.I learned about different cultures,beliefs and religions.I was able to build new and long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.The most touching feeling I get whenever I see them at the shopping malls ,till this day they still recognize me and greet me some even introduce me to their families . I was never trade anything to the experiences I gained ,relations I built and skills ,knowledge I acquired while working for VA .
Pros: Awesome environment and growth
Cons: Early shifts and night shifts without transportation was a bit tricky but doable

Excellent learning platform
Typical day would be banking, contracts. Queries. Salary issues, staffing issues. Health and safety issues. I got along with every single co-worker Challenges would be the unexpected queries that you get to deal with but then again this is one thing I loved about my job because I believed that challenges and struggles mould and shapes you as a person.

I a m , a fast learner , I also can work alone , or even ,I also do the SHE raps of the gym , to make sure that everyone there are safely and also that we meet the occupition health and safety standard, I also do the preventing of maintenance for the gym

I learne a lot at work and I learn how to handle members nd respect
I really liked working as a receptionist I enjoyed working there ever thing was good and lesson I have leaned they are benefits.I had very good relationship with my colleagues,working day was enjoyable,learning to know each member by name it was very very good in my previous job.
