Excellent learning curve
It has been a pleasure working at virain as it has given me a fair chance of learning personally and on a professional Base. Work is exciting with new drives everyday,thus making results for the day more promising.

Awesome company to work in but a lot of work needed
Early mornings waking up at 4:00 with long hours standing of up to 10-12 hours a day, get to socialize a lot and make friends in the strangest situations. Getting clients and keeping them happy is the biggest challenge and dealing with complaints about other clients

Excellent learning curve
I work mostly in the fitness department but it doesn't end there cause i get to learn whats happening in other departments as well from Admin to reception and also help them when theres too much work so i always learn something new each and everyday.

Great opportunity
It's a challenging job working with a large number of individuals with different needs, make sure that everybody gets paid and that they personal files are up to standard and compile with the companies policy. I have learn a lot information when it comes to admin and management skills and how to deal with difficult staff members.

Fast learner and solution orientated
-currently work at a busy environment -we communicate very well as we need each other to resolve queries and to always be of assistant -multitasking in order to avoid keeping people wait in And always giving people feedback on what is going on at times -I enjoy interacting with people and also trying to assist -the most challenge is to deal with re-accuring issue that could be avoided. Lack of communication by other staff members

Best Health & Fitness Industry
I'm very much a people's person and have a very good relationship with all my HOD's and frontline staff members. I work with an open door policy so I'm always willing to assist mt staff. I work a normal 8 hour shift but it can sometimes stretch to 10 hours. I've had numerous challenges with regards to encounters with members whereby I'm verbally assaulted or even assaulted with regards to my personal capacity but it's how I overcome those challenges that makes the leader I am. I don't get involved in verbal altercations as I require my staff to do the same. It's an amazing facility because I have a pool, a coffee shop and over 1500 members coming to visit our facility on a daily basis.

Excellent sales and marketing skills as well as customer service skills
I would like to be considered for this position as I have vast experience in sales and marketing as well as service industry.im currently employed at virgin active as a sales and marketing consultant and serving as sales and marketing assistant manager .
