Excellent learning curve
In short I can say I am a hard worker willing to learn in every way, me being in the company made me realize that I worth more than m getting since life in general is getting tough in a way changes needed to be done...im a team worker in my department we are working well and know how to get things done... When coming to communications we are all doing well. The relationship we have together is unbelievable cos together we conquer the walls and leaning from each other everyday make us unite cos in life you can't know everything.... Thanks.

Skill and adaptation
Good with learning knew programs, exellcent on one on one meetings Goal driven yet driven more by the commission I’m one person who goes for the set goal 100# or nothing as I have numerous responsibilities here and back at home

Excellent closing technique
My day normally started at 9am till 7pm. Got to the office earlier so that I could catch an exercise session for an hour. I’m a good team player. Looking out for the team’s budget first before individual budget. What I like the most about my job is meeting new people each and everyday and overcoming their objectives. Since I worked in a fitness industry, winter was the hardest part of my job because people are generally reluctant to join a fitness facility in winter. Love how my whole team loves money and beautiful things. We all support each other and want to all smile all the way to the bank on the last day of the month.

I learned alot, developed alot of skills and experience
I've developed a lot of skills and experience, I've managed to network with different people, I can now perform group exercises with any amount or number of people. Gained much exposure about the Fitness industry, with many people who have been supportive and gave me an opportunity to prove myself. Well it is a great company but the don't provide alot of benefits, i enjoy interecting with different people, seeing or hear people achieve their goals just gives me more confidence. Managing to give someone hope means a lot to me. Most challenging aspects is selling of auxiliary products but I've managed to master it. And getting complains from members who are furious can be a very challenging task but i try to keep calm and ask the member ab3 the problem issues.
Pros: A great place to learn and develop, as they take u to trainings most of the time
Cons: The a hours, are a bit unstable, and we only off every second weekend, and knock off very late

Working with different staff and contractors
Working for Virgin Active I've experienced how to deal with different personalitiesand cultures in working with staff as well as from clients. During my years at Virgin Active I've experienced all departments within the business, Fitness, Maintenance, Operations, Front of House, Health and Safety and finally Safety and Engineering. I was directly involved in ceating the standard operating and also technical specification documents that Virgin Active are now using Nationally. Working as New Build Fit Out Manager I was tasked to implement and train staff on these operating and technical specifications. I enjoy working in a team to achive a goal.

Pressured and target driven
Typical day includes planning each day and month in advance, in order to generate new leads, book new appointments. I am expected to present to customers with the objective of making sales to successfully reach and exceed a pre-defined sale target. The everyday challenge is recording activity inputs using the tools and systems provided, in line with timelines and procedures set. It is such a fast paced environment demanding undivided attention if one thing is missed your whole plan doesn't work. I work with a great team of people each working to help one another build the company which in turn invests in us. We have really great incentives and commission structure. Selling a lifestyle is hard but I have learned and mastered the art of overriding and convincing customers.

Fast learner
I am interesting in the electrician position that you have posted. I think i would be a good fit for this job because of my previous experience as are semi skilled electrician and maintenance operator my education from Tshwane south college, My dependability and work ethic.

Great experience
Best company to work for,gives lots of opportunities for growth and offers training facilities for all staff have neccessary benefits that covers the needs of staff. Suitable working hours and overtime when exceeded, had a good culture in my team and continued to practice the values of the company. Makes sure that an individual is ready to grow into the next position I have learned to work together with different types of people and understand them better as individual and the IR part taught me how to discipline without breaking any relationship.
