The office consist of great people with great personalities, a typical day in the office, get to workh have a morning meeting then AI am writing this to apply for the position with your daily planner. Calls set up appointment for 72 hours and confirm your appointment for the day. It's not everyone that you will get along with in the sales office but due to stealing ones appointment but apart from that we hah the best relationship, I have learnt a lot from everyone in the office and the job itself had difficulties speaking to clients face to face but I gained my confidence and became the best in it and ended up enjoying that more than telephonic discussion. The most challenging thing was the working hours having to be at the office around 5am and knock off around 10pn that was the challenging part of the job.

Pros: Not much room for growth
Cons: Working hours are way to long over 12 hours a day

Excellent working curve

It's a good job, mostly I work outdoors roaming the streets talking to people to join the gym membership. Working at virgin active has taught me communication skills. What I enjoy the most is talking to people. The most challenging aspects of the job is actually fininding those customers and talking them into joining the gym.

Excellent opportunitybgiven by company

I enjoy socialising with members as its fun and you get to know individual and how to deal with situatio. Its challenging if members are angry and screams at you but you grow in terms of knowing how to deal with matters. I have a great relationship as with all staff as i am honest and open and also straight up. On a typical day i try to push work

Growth and want something challenging now

Need to grow financially and also I also have my own goals to achieve as person so honestly money drive people hence me too that also keeps me going in life.working at Virgin active I learned virtuous types of things which I didn't know previously so I was very pleased to be party or the employees and I also think I did edd values to the company as its onw.my relationship with my co workers was very excellent and I knew that I was great collage as well

It was great experience to work for the company.

Worked as a Collections agent, retentions agent and provided customer service to the members. Was a team player. What I enjoyed the most was the competitive mentality we had with my colleagues.

Very motivative person and love working with people.

working with health and fitness, have sales teams, fitness team, group instructor team, fitness organiser classes, classes, working with members member service, inductions, classes and manage sales enjoy working with people.

Pros: Creating Events, selling personal training, managing 3 teams as once, Enfure a great member service and working with targets.
Cons: Working on weekends as well

Experience gained

Working at virgin active has not only taught me professionalism but has also helped build my character with this this being said I had to adjust to working with 100 to 500 clients per day, working early and late hour shifts, learnt more on health and safety in the workplace, customer service and more importantly administration.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Late nights and early mornings shifts
