The company is good and I learn a lot experience in local and long distance driving super link. I learn how to deliver on time or on deadline. To be responsible for the truck and the load.
Pros: Driving long distance at Value Logistics was my big opportunity.
Cons: I don't have a problem with working long hours.

The ride has bumpy but all worth it, learned a lot and still learning.
I have been with this company for 3-4 years. Logistics/Warehouse is not for the faint-hearted haha. In the years that I'm with Value I certainly learned a lot and has made me a better person. Constantly working under pressure can sometimes be very tough and frustrating but also teaches you to manage time well and always be calm in any situantion. Being a people's person also helped alot with building solid relationships with co-workers.

Good leaning and experience
Things started good everything was going well for the first 8 mouths,them things started to change randomly, we started by not getting paid like we use to without any good reason or explanations to the worker's. When we question the management we didn't get straight answers BT we continued working really hard like we use to then things got worse and worse they kept telling us that the company is broke so sometimes we won't get our pay .

Management makes you feel unappreciated. No room for growth.
A JSE listed company that takes their employees for granted. Decent incentives not offered. Staff turnover very high as employees are unhappy with the way the company is managed.

I enjoy working at value logistic company i learn new things day in and day out
i have learned a lot under value logistics company they shaped me up now im accurate data capture because of them. they developed me i am ready made some who can work at any level able to absorb pressure. my relationship with my co-worker is very healthy.

Willing to learn
Learning how the logistic company operates with different kinds of department and the handover that is done by each and every department. The company made me learn the way of working as team in our department since I was working at dispatch so we had to communicate with everyone in our team in order to make the time and we were intense in the field to make sure that we don't leave the stock behind

Yes, a very excellent learrning curve here at value.Value tought me the best regarding Logistics.
-My work day is hectic most of times. -We fair, firm and compromising in reaching certain points of agreements and goals. -How to deal with different kinds of drivers queries time to time and others various kinds of duties and activities within, how to communicate well with the clients/customers and to keep them up to date. -How to create a customized strategic plans for the department/company so that it can't work at a loss. I enjoy challenges, presentations and team work debating. -Not delivery best results and reaching targets or work scoop as set.
Pros: I am a hard worker and yes i have been promoted and if the is an opportunity for a promotion again , i would grab it with all my heart.
Cons: Yes, i do work extendent long hours, i do put more effort and still put out the best results.
