It's was good because was paid you're salary
It was nice to work for that company but it not all becouse they don't care about workers and another thing they using more than five labour brokers, that is why they don't want to registing workers, they use them after that teminated them,
Pros: I expirence in logistics company but challenge were face with is sleeping on the truck especially when you are doing regional it needs to came back with in three day with an empty truck
Cons: Yes in logistics we was working long ahours

Fast candidate to acquire new skills passed to me
My routine job entails overseeing my subordinates, ensure that line haul manifests are all debriefed correctly and on time. I ensure that my subordinates work at safety environment at all times, and proper house keeping of the warehouse. I am friendly with my co-worker and learned to respect other co-worker in order to build a good team work. I enjoy running the FLO most because is very challenging and l like changes due to they build us to be good in resolving problems.

I am a young lady who likes people, i am not hard to be approched.
In my workplace I really enjoy working here. but unfortunate the contract ends on February. I am working as a leaner. I work 8hors per day 5days per week. in my office we are 10 everyone have their duties, for example me I clean status 40 POD's, others cleaning status 38, 50, 51 52 and 10n's. I have learnt that it is important to work with people, to fix your character every time and have a good personality towards others . I enjoy working with my collogues every time. the challenges is when the POD's are lost by the driver and customers wants it and we should plan of finding the pods or calling the shops.
Pros: Working in this company it has taught me a lot, on how to work with people. also to treat your collegues in a good manner.

It was a great opportunity to better my career
it was a great learning opportunity. Receiving and dispatching of parcels, making sure that all line haul trucks are received on time and sorted and routed for delivery. making sure that all registers and hours are captured for the staff. managing the overtime and housekeeping in the hub. working and managing nightshift.

I am a stable person in both my private and work life
While at Value Logistics, it was a requirement of the job that I communicate with senior managers as well as the public in the form of the client. From this I have learned how to interact successfully with people of all races and cultures. As a n in house controller, I had to use my initiative because my manager was often out of the office. I needed to take accurate messages and often answer correspondence. I was required to make decisions on certain issues and take responsibility for those decision. As a result of often having to indipendently and without supervision while employed at Value Logistics, and as a result of my upbringing, I have an excellent set of values. My values include integrity, honest, punctuality and reliability. While employed at Value Logistics a great deal of trust and responsibility was placed to me.
Pros: the gap for growth in the company was very huge
Cons: no bee, only white were dominating senior post.
