I have learned how to take responsibility when my manager was not around.
I have learned to work without a supervisors or managers and finish the responsibility and train my co-workers to do the job properly. I have learned to manage the account doing inbound and outbound with passion and dedication. My challenge was missing the orders and the customer needs delivery the following order or not capturing batch numbers .
Pros: No promotion,Do to my experience in the company, I use to trained some co-workers starting to work with us for some years still no recognition.
Cons: Long working hours to make sure that customer needs to receive their stock the following day

Excellent learning curve
Work starts from 7:00 am to 17:00 pm Relationship with co-workers is excellent communication between us is good and I enjoy working with people and people enjoy working with me I have learned how to scan different consignment from across the world , capture containers on systems , upload different orders for different clients , book in orders for different clients with different booking requirements etc. I have learned self discipline, professionalism time management communication skills , computer skills and telephone etiquette I enjoy doing different activities daily working with different clients learning new things Most challenging aspect is dealing with different clients with different requirements

Hard worker, making sure deadlines are met all the time
Managing all staff. Making sure fleet are maintained and serviced at all times. Making sure customers satisfaction and kpi's are met monthly, making sure staff rotate so they have effient time to rest. Most challenging aspects is not knowing what your plan is for the next day until your day is almost finished. I learned a lot about managing and running a customer site independentlyv

Learning curve to grow
A typical wrok day is answering calls, attending to clients and doing annual and weekly reports for truck hires for Simba nationally. I have a very good relationship with my co workers and we get along well. I have learnt new skills and also that I am a very quick learner

Overcome shortcomings
Im an energetic dedicated employee that works with less supervision. My greatest accomplishments can be obtained from my resume on request. I am looking forward to hearing from you soonest as i am ready for new challenges and been looking for growth so I can leave my comfort zone and make something out of myself on this industry

No motivation to come to work
Helping other departments with billing of invoices. handling payment queries and communicating with customers requesting quotes in order to get better rates for customers working on weekends to meet deadlines for month end

Warehouse supervisor
I see that the people off load the trucks and I do picking of the boxes and I scan the parcels out to the routes and off load containers and load trucks out
