Highly demanding
A highly flexibale environment with high pressure and demand. Excellent working relationship with business and within IT. Report directly to CIO aand interact with executives and board members. Enjoy the challenges and have learnt alot about myself and change and being adaptive. Biggest challenge is to amount of changes and the legislations governing the organisation.

Good company with better experience
I am a residing in mpumalanga, I am inhold of honours degree in development administration, I have got strong interest in administrative work and i am dedicated. Prio i was in an internship program at road accident fund where i was assisting with administrative work. I am self motivated, can be able to manage my time and multitask. Working for the road accident fund has brought a wealth of experience for me
I am a team player, so working with other colleagues has been a life long learning curve . over the years working at the fund, I have learnt to work hard, learnt to be dedicated and always go an extra mile. the most challenging aspect is lack of growth , and never getting challenged

Learned a lot from different departments
Have obtained many trainings or developments to equip me to be an asset in any company that can hire me.Road accident fund is the very good company to work for.Chances of advancement are in place.Its up to the employees to grab those opportunistic. By applying for other companies I just need a change hence I worked on most of the departments at RAF.Hoping my RAFexperience will be considered.More than keen to sell myself in any company that can give that privilege of hiring me. When I started at RAF I was not equipped they moulded me to be what I am.Thus I can confidently say, I am the best candidate that can be an asset within a month after my training of the system of that particular company.

Excellent growth opportunity
It is a good challenge to be dealing with different scenarios and afford one the opportunity to think on one's feet. one has to have a daily plan to engage with clients, subordinates and service providers to update, counsel and reassure. Reviewing where the department is and readjust when necessary
Pros: A good opportunity to learn how the different professions, (strategy, legal, marketing, medical) work together to achieve objectives
Cons: Time taken to change strategies even though the current one is not operational

I'm currently working as Training Manager
I'm currently working as direct marketing consultant at FM Direct Marketing. I'm promoting Makro Credit Card to the customers, I was promoting Pick n Pay Smart Shopper Credit Cards before I started to promote Makro Credit Facility Cards. I'm enjoying the atmosphere at work and also the relationship that I have with my manager and my colleagues is woooow!
Pros: I got promoted to a training manager within the period of two weeks
