Everyday you learn something new.I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I learnt a lot about MCA lawa. I enjoy new challenges and find ways to reaolve them.The challenging aspect is when client can't be located and the file is urgently.

Difficult environment. Many learning opportunities
Challenging conditions, great for building experience. Little support between employees. Cash flow problems a major issue. Average age of staff very young. Highly unionised environment.

Its very hectic
busy co-workers are team players. the relationship is fantastic I have learned to work under pressure, meet targets and chase deadlines. touching the lives of the injured, road accident victims. too much paper work and unnecessary process to follow.

Self-motivated individual
In my current position I enjoy working with invoices and accounts information, this has helped me to find confidence in dealing with high cost transaction and complaint resolution. The Most challenging aspects of my current position is managing the high load and reaching the targets.

Big on personal development
The RAF is a great company to work for as it promotes personal development and remunerates it's employees very well. I will recommend it to any one, however once you have reached the management level opportunities for further growth are limited.
