I work with a team of 8, we receive medical bills from accident victims or their attorneys. We assess and review them according to the personal injuries of the insured life. We also receive medico-legal report that I assess for briefing of attorneys for court procedures and I am also responsible of making compensation offers according to the general damages.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
I have 15 years of experience in administrative environment, ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment, excellent advanced computer application skills, good verbal and writing skills. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and I learned to be more independent because when my manager is not in the office my team relies on me.

1.attend to logged calls,assess them and resolve them. 2.planning job for subordinate. 3.offer technical advice 4.identify a need,draft specification,make a request to procurement,conduct site briefing with contractors,oversee execution and sign off upon completion. 5.draft weekly and monthly report. 6.draft maintenance budget. 7.liase with end users for to ensure a safe working environment.

My experience at RAF
It was great opportunity to work at RAF, I hv learned more about being self confident and being professional by adopting time management act and how to maintain top secret (POPI) Act. My relationship with my colleagues was awesome, my last day at RAF, my collegues bought me a voucher to say farewell and they also wished me a good luck on finding a new job. I enjoyed to learn new things everyday, the most challenging was when I was supposed to pack more than 12 boxes a day alone and I was supposed to pack documents and check if they are still valid or must I put them in a disposal list. But when time goes I managed to do so.
Pros: If I was working for permanent position, yes I was going to be promoted

Learned a lot from different departments
Have obtained many trainings or developments to equip me to be an asset in any company that can hire me.Road accident fund is the very good company to work for.Chances of advancement are in place.Its up to the employees to grab those opportunistic. By applying for other companies I just need a change hence I worked on most of the departments at RAF.Hoping my RAFexperience will be considered.More than keen to sell myself in any company that can give that privilege of hiring me. When I started at RAF I was not equipped they moulded me to be what I am.Thus I can confidently say, I am the best candidate that can be an asset within a month after my training of the system of that particular company.
