computer work ,able to access information through internet ,I have enjoy all my work including all the challenges that I was come across, not getting business sometimes and it was so difficult because No business No pay even when there is lapse it affects my pay ,but I did not quiet at all

My daily life

my current job is very flexible. you get to go out there out of the office to meet clients everyday. my co-workers are pretty diverse and we get along pretty well. I've gained a lot of confidence since I worked for the financial services industry. I enjoy going out to meet new people everyday with different needs and goals. Sometimes in my line of work you get to meet people at the late hours of the evening.

Excellent customer service

Skills & experience Strong customer service skills I'm able to stay calm in high pressure Experience Microsoft office including word,excel,PowerPoint,outlook I'm able to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages and English

Good learning curves

Working in my company it's very nice in as way that I learn a lot working with others and it has really build a strong character in me.my job can be a bit challenging at times but I have learnt to be patient and persevere on my job.I like the fact that it has changed my character I am a strong somebody today

Best for growth and self development

Well best therapy when you want to forget life stresses being useful to someone else and making sure that their needs are met. Giving yourself to your work and knowing your companies brand emage is protected because that is awesome. Colleagues who are funny and vibrant that made reaching targets not so stressful even on days when data is bad, that made always look forward to everyday at work .

Pros: Hard work was always rewarded and the are great career opportunities.
Cons: well shift is always tiring because coming back home at night draining.

I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Learning experience

Challenging and also interesting as I have been servicing Executive Financial Advisers. That meant dealing with high caliber of clientele in line with the said Advisers. What I have learnt is how to handle difficult clients who always expects best and professional Service. It has taught me to over deliver and also be Pro-Active. Being able to work independently without supervision. I enjoyed being able to solve any queries that were thrown at me and having the satisfaction of knowing that I have helped with giving my client peace of mind

Better opportunity to learn

A Typical work day relates the following: >Monitoring of applicable legislation and processes: FAIS monitoring activities to include the following: - front end mandate monitoring (i.e.: client file. Is mandate signed, are fees recorded, etc.)  FICA monitoring activities to include the following: are FICA documents on file as per process.  Regulation 28 oversight monitoring to ensure compliance with legislation - Regulatory reporting: assist with and monitor deadlines for regulatory reporting are met. - I have a strong and open relationship with my co-workers. The constant learning of new financial market concepts. The most challenging aspects of my job is ensuring the Portfolio Managers follow process and ensure compliance in all their interactions.

Excellent learning skills. Customer service

Hi I 'm Cyrillene de kock and really like to come for an interview for the admin assistant post available. I am currently in the financial industry(flexi hours) which is my dream to become a financial manager of a company one day. I always have worked as an admin/reception lady.
