I have learned that as a finacial advisor u need to listen and understand a person need and background before given an advice Also i have learned that hard work pays the ore uoj work the more credit u get and being a good listener, friendly and petiency build a good business relationship with clients they learn to trust u and to listen to you

I think i am under paid compared to what is out on the market.

working hours from 8:00am to 16:00pm. Monday to Friday. call existing Old Mutual clients to do a portfolio overview and also identify possible gaps. Forward client information to advisors. I work in a team environment and I am one of the senior members of my team in terms of experience and knowledge , the other team members comes to me on a regular basis for assistance. Hard work and determination equals success. Every call is different and every interaction with a client is different. Dealing with different clients on a daily basis.

SELLING PRODUCTS TARGET DRIVEN PEOPLE SKILLS

I DAY IN MY WORK OFFICE IS TO GET NEW BUSSINESS IN AND HELPING CLIENTS REACH THERE GOALS. ALL MY CO WORKERS ENJOY MY COMPANY AS I AM FRIENDLY AND BOND WITH ANYONE. LOVE HELPING MY TEAM AND LEARND ALOT FRON THE JUNIOR PEOPLE. DONT LOVE THE COLD CALLING SOW MUCH. BUT ITS PART OF THE JOB...

You need to build a good relationship with direct report

This company is all about senior management and senior executives. Manager likes to take credit for work that you do. Lots of opportunity for study, however, when you put a request in the answer is always.....we cant do it now as the budget does not allow for it. When someone senior wants to do training it is always granted. Managers carry certain people.

Cons: however, when you put a request in for study it is declined due to budget

Excellect learning curve

Operating effectively in a customer facing role in any fast moving working environment.  Always being friendly, keen and helpful, I get on well with people from all walks of life and bring into any company a personality that is always striving to learn new things.  I bring to the table an analytical way of thinking and performing at work, this helps reduce time spent of tasks and ensures an optimum and effective structure in all tasks.

I am entirely committed to the focus, targets and goals of the company that I work for. Have strong proficiency for setting goals, monitoring progress, and taking initiative to improve my work.
