I like my job because most of the time i am feed worker .
I working hard under pressure, I want to work with team and with my manager I'm strong and flexible person. And I learn to listen to my colleague and the client also but if this topic is relevant with my job, focus with my work .Enjoy money travelling my family and my work.

Learnt administration duties and being part of the team
Hi guys i am a physically challenged person currently doing administration learnership at old mutual.My duties include scanning,printing,filling ,supporting team members with access to software system.I learnt about teamwork

I have leaned a lot in old mutual
I have a very good relationship with my co-workers ,and I like the culture of the company, I have leaned lot of things and they even developing their employees.

Cons: the hours are very good ,i sart at 8am and get done at 5pm but sometimes i work over time

A very reputative company to work for
Drive +-50km on daily basis to generate new business, work on admin of existing business, clear diary, attend appointments, do follow-ups on pending applications. A very diverse and proactive team with vision, friendly staff members always willing to learn and to assist. I have learnt that there is no leader without a team and a team leader who is successful is the one who make others successful. Giving information, solving clients queries and interacting with people is what I enjoy the most. What I find most challenging about my job is that everyday you learn something new (i.e. new process, new procedures)
Pros: Got promoted in six months period to a team leader position
Cons: Delay in system process is what frustrates me the most especially where there is no explanation as to why.

Fast learner
I am talkative person willing to work under pressure in any circumstances,fast leaner,team work,good and excellent communication with people and motivator,workerholic,always meet deadlines,innovative person,strategic person and always willing to work more than what I can do mean to say like to work inadvince I don't like to not plan planning is my second name and good motivator and good leader.

Excellent learning curve
it very interesting, its just me and the capturer in the office and most of the stuff is in Johannesburg and Pretoria. the relationship is very good and it has to be because i depend on her to capture my business, if its not, my brokers and agents wont get payed on time. i have learned that team work is very crucial, especially because it just me and her depending on one another. if i don't bring business in, she doesn't have a job. i enjoy the training of products more than anything, when people depend on you for information and you giving it to them. challenges come when management don't believe that business is hard to find at times, and we have to go and extra mile to bring something back in the office. but all in all it is an interesting job.

Working aspects in my current position
my clients are my first priority, building relationships on the grounds of honesty and integrity, walking the extra mile. a good support structure is very important to achieve your daily goals. most challenging aspects of my career so far was the impact of the economy on our area with retrenchments and financial downfalls. (mines) I have a good relationship and understanding with co workers, relationship building and trust is very important, as this is a good support structure in times of difficulty.

Cons: tough unstable economical pressure, long hours and long distance travelling to increase income results.

Excellent experince achieved
Working for Old Mutual as Financial Advisor made me to have more confident about myself and the product itself. It’s also gave me strength in convincing people as that’s what needed when you recruits individual. All that demonstrate the quality of leadership and contribution I would be bringing to the organization.
