The company is well mamaged and safe to work there, we always follow rules and regulations of how clients should be treated and how we should meet the standards

Pros: It's overwhelming and comfort because all things were done accordingly and adversely

Hoping for new opportunities

My company is great, my Colleagues are friendly and nice people to work with. For the last ten years I've learn lot of interesting skills e.g. balancing bank reconciliation statement etc. The most challenging aspect is dead line.

Good learning experience

The company is a good place to work in, the environment is good. It's a good place to learn and gain some work experience. There are also a lot of life lessons that one can take from being there, both good or bad. There's not much room for growth. There aren't any promotion opportunities.

Great place to work and great place to bank

I most enjoy the culture at Nedbank. All staff are accommodating of each others ethinicity, cultures and backgrounds. They encourage a work life balance where we are able to work flexi hours - getting the job done to our best ability and also having time to spend with our families.

Cons: Working on a Saturday

All I know I have learnt during working for Nedbank.

To effectively manage the internal operations in a functional team to ensure that processes and systems are successfully implemented and maintained to sustain the relationship with all stakeholders and to increase market share.

Pros: Working flexy hours.
Cons: Highly stressed enviroment.

Stable environment

Doing the usual monotonous tasks with my colleagues whom I get along well with and what I've learnt is the ins and outs of the corporate environment I enjoy the friendliness of other workers from other departments, the most challenging aspect is the handling of work volumes of all the region's by us alone.

Pros: Stability and job security
Cons: Less encouragement and opportunities for growth

I deal with financial statements,work well with my co-workers,deal with internal & external stakeholders,enjoy meeting my targets and delivering what is expected from me on time and I love the challenge of seeing my work balancing to the cent.

Great experience

Working with different clients on a daily bases give me the comfort to know that I am making a difference in someone's life that will make their life better. Building my team to perform & achieve their level best is what I enjoy & what I am passionate about because I love to see other people grow & achieve greatness. I have learned to be patient & set outside of my comfort zone if I want to do somethings that I do not agree with fully. The most challenging thing is dealing difficult client under intense pressure.

Pros: Career growth
Cons: Working on weekends
