Great experience

Working with different clients on a daily bases give me the comfort to know that I am making a difference in someone's life that will make their life better. Building my team to perform & achieve their level best is what I enjoy & what I am passionate about because I love to see other people grow & achieve greatness. I have learned to be patient & set outside of my comfort zone if I want to do somethings that I do not agree with fully. The most challenging thing is dealing difficult client under intense pressure.

Learning Experience

Working at Nedbank was all about growth and having an open mind. Not everyday was a breeze but I ended up learning to push all my monthly targets early in the month so I can work with less pressure on busy days like month end or pay days. I enjoyed the daily motivational challenges. Me and my co-worked had wonderful times as most of them were in my bridging course we still in touch even after I left the company.

Excellent learning curve

I WORK WELL WITH OTHERS AND I FEEL LIKE AT MY BEST WEN I WORK UNDER PRESSURE - SO YES I DO COPE WELL WHEN I WORK UNDER PRESSURE.

Good company

Monday My relationship with my Co workers is superb Lot of things , development and growth Achieving goals and working as a team Challengescom during the day it's when if we are not busy because we don't share the info with our client
