Fast Paced Environement

The typical work day includes doing operational and system support to users of the systems. This includes resolving any issues in the system, as well as working on projects to enhance functions in the system. Co-workers are friendly and very helpful, as well as supportive and good at teaching. The environment is a bit relaxed and comfortable. I have learnt of lot in terms and problem solving and business communications. My technical skills have improved greatly. Working on new solutions in enjoyable. Dealing with a flood of support requests or putting out flames is challenging, as well as time consuming.

Good working environment

I deal with clients accounts, monitoring and looking for any suspicious transactions. Call the client for more information needed to be updated. Drafting clients portfolio of evidence. Giving feedback to my superiors on each client I worked on. Sending out letters to unreachable clients, mostly invalid contact numbers.

Pros: Great growth opportunity
Cons: Too much pressure and be alert at all times. No mistakes

New career opportunies and new challanges

To do list for the day and check for the month We work together and help each other and network We learn about the new systems like SAP BPC Once you get used the job, you hardly you make mistakes

Pros: New challanging and a bigger promotion
Cons: I don't mind working hours as we communicate more often when there are overtimes

Excellent learning curve

In the last year I was hired to work as a marketing and sales manager, however I found myself working more roles, function coordinator (conferences and private functions) and HR Assistant where I conducted interviews and inductions for the company.

Pros: I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues
Cons: Most of them want to be baby sat forgetting that this a working environment

Would like to enhance my skills and looking for better financial opportunities

Good and understanding and getting the job done with in the relevant time frame.Works well with co-workers and enjoy what I do. I have leant how to see things differently in termains of Quality and Pricing.I enjoy working and liasing with all and learning something new. Having to wait for other to get to my end objective.
