Excellent working environment
Check diary for meetings, training or workshops,share the team plan with the team after reviewing the workload, check the previous day's output, review the performance and record, liaise with the Client on the escalations, delegate duties to be performed, liaise with otherr departments like Claims on unpaid or shortpaid accounts and update where possible. Attend meetings if needed, share the outcome with the team. I learned the importance of developing relationships with all stakeholders. I enjoy seeing a project that i started come to fruition as well as mentoring fellow team members. The challenging aspect is the connectivity issues especially now working from home during the Covid pandemic.

Excellent
Working at MedScheme was an amazing experience but I had to leave due to my contract being not renewed but the experience was am excellent experience I enjoyed working at MedScheme I will never trade that experience for anything the company and atmosphere was great I will most definitely miss my colleagues whom I love

I have a vast experience in both call center and administrative duties
NHejwI have been working for one of the largest medical aid administrator for 5 years now, working with medications, capturing prescriptions from various Drs, or receiving calls from various service providers such as Drs, Specialists, Prof and pharmacies including clicks ofcourse, authorizing patients chronic medications

Great development
Working at MedScheme is a great developmental place and thus allows for one to constantly keep growing and acquire.. The people are very and always willing to assist. It is a very healthy working environment for everyone. The diversity is huge a d is acknowledged in the most appropriate manner. new set of skills everyday

Intelligent.ambitious hard working
Typical work day is planning and seeing which one is most important. I work well alone or in a group and sharing ideas. I've learnt to always find ways to make my work easy and To multi task. I enjoy a challenge been given task and having to resolve it. Most important aspects is to focus have fun work smart . The most challenging is to deal with conflict in work place or pressure and deadlines but that's what challenges one as employee to work hard and having drive and knowledge to learn in future how to rectify it.
