I started working in 2015, and have substantial tools for growth.
I am a great team player and organize team buildings. The job requires me to be flexible at all times and breaks repetition. I enjoy helping my team mates and educating staff of new information learnt, and being the 2cnd in charge. We take up to a 1000 calls per day, sometimes it can be challenging staying in character when having a bad day, and also changing from query to query in between calls as we have 20 seconds wrap up time. I have learnt to be confident about my job towards the members, I have learnt to work with other people from different backgrounds and I've learnt leadership skills.
Pros: Dont work on weekends and Public Holidays
Cons: Not alot of departmental fun

Hard Worker , excellent reference
My workday would range from a host of admin functions , phoning patients , manged care patients and also making sure the patients takes their medication on a daily basis . I have a good relationship with my fellow colleagues , and i get along with others as well . I have gained so much working knowledge in the last 3 years , and i have enjoyed working with different personalities . I find conflict a challenge , but at the same time , i can learn from it as well .

Growth
My day includes interacting with the hospitals I manage and Dr to get the best possible care for our members at a cost efficient way. Its a very positive environment to work in get along well with management and my peers, there is room for growth. What I enjoy most about the job is my independence to make a decision and that it is respected.
Pros: Knowledge in health and how the private sector work has increased immensly

Renal Case Manager
-Very good company to work for -have excellent knowledge of coning and managed health care -worked in the company previously for 4 years -gained experience in general, psych , renal ,alternative to hospitalization , in hospital casa management and also worked in forensic department, investigating medical aid fraud. -My experience in private hospital, provincial hospital and abroad has sharpen my clinical knowledge. -Have implement 3 projects successfully , -I enjoy team work and discussions with my colleagues, their input and engagement in the work has empowered me so much , there is always a learning opportunity. -Being able to assist and educate providers and members about how the benefits work is a highlight of my career. -Each member is treated as a unique individual, im passionate about service

What I have enjoyed most with my company is the working hour,but there is no overtime.
I have learnt a lot especially on Administration because when I started with the company I didn't have experience but today I am capable of doing anything without being monitored. I have learnt to take accountability in everything that I do and have mutual respect to everyone that I work with or communicate with especially on how to handle our client.
Pros: We are always given a chance toi learn something new.
Cons: It is rare in our company to see someone promoted to another position and it is demotivational.

great working environment
We have a good team spirit. Each morning we have daily motivation to help us through the day. In this team i have learnt that effective communication is key in what ever we do. Weekly team meetings are a platform for us to raise concerns and give suggestions on processes.
Pros: Good salary and benefits.

Good working environment and learning experience
I work a typical 9-17:00 pm shift , the environment is a good one. open door policy to speak with management, raise your concerns and suggest new innovations. I enjoy helping my clients and educating them and my colleagues. I am an open book, , I like to laugh and create a fun environment. I have learnt to work with different people from different back grounds, cultures and being able to tolerate and understand that we are all different and we have different ways of dealing with issues however as long as we have a common goal or objective we are able to meet the objectives if work together as a team.
Pros: this will be a great opprotunity to do what i also enjoy as i was exposed to the quality assurance ffield before and i ejoyed it.

Learning different methodologies
I enjoy interacting with different stakeholders on different projects. Building and maintain relationships with stakeholders is important as a business analyst. I'm passionate about obtaining requirements and finding the best solution to meet the requirements. Having the opportunity to work on different projects is what makes business analysis interesting for me.

Great opportunity
I have been in the customer service industry .My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job, I formed some significant customer relationships resulting in a 30 percent increase in sales
