Good working environment and learning experience

I work a typical 9-17:00 pm shift , the environment is a good one. open door policy to speak with management, raise your concerns and suggest new innovations. I enjoy helping my clients and educating them and my colleagues. I am an open book, , I like to laugh and create a fun environment. I have learnt to work with different people from different back grounds, cultures and being able to tolerate and understand that we are all different and we have different ways of dealing with issues however as long as we have a common goal or objective we are able to meet the objectives if work together as a team.

Pros: this will be a great opprotunity to do what i also enjoy as i was exposed to the quality assurance ffield before and i ejoyed it.

Learning different methodologies

I enjoy interacting with different stakeholders on different projects. Building and maintain relationships with stakeholders is important as a business analyst. I'm passionate about obtaining requirements and finding the best solution to meet the requirements. Having the opportunity to work on different projects is what makes business analysis interesting for me.

Best company

I am applying for a job position in a company that will offer accountability and challenge for professional growth. I am an effective team player, conscientious worker, calm level header under extremely adverse conditions, self-motivated and dependable under any condition. Further, I have developed interpersonal skills on my previous studying and office working.

It's an huge learning curve and dynamic.

It's very huge company with so many growth and learning skills. Salary makes me happy working environment is good and the management aswell I have no doubt ir complain

Great opportunity

I have been in the customer service industry .My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. Professional set platform

It provides a platform to engage with Poeple at all levels. You got to learn to interact with different professionals, be it the pharmacist, General Practicioners, Physicians, Specialists. Most importantly to coordinate with the Members. You get to a point where your have to arrange medication deliveries with the company's subcontractors, hospital admissions & claims

Great exposure on BI tools

I am ambitious and innovative. My ability to socially excel has largely contributed to my success. Learning curve

Target driven CMS cases to be done Escalations and PO queries to be done Assist on the call center Time management Relationship with co-workers are good as we need to stick together as a team Customer care as well as telephone etiquette Enjoy the challenge as it stimulates my brain at all times
