Intelligent.ambitious hard working

Typical work day is planning and seeing which one is most important. I work well alone or in a group and sharing ideas. I've learnt to always find ways to make my work easy and To multi task. I enjoy a challenge been given task and having to resolve it. Most important aspects is to focus have fun work smart . The most challenging is to deal with conflict in work place or pressure and deadlines but that's what challenges one as employee to work hard and having drive and knowledge to learn in future how to rectify it.

Best place to grow at for the coperate worls and as a clinician

its a great company to wrk at ,if ypu want growth and diclipne for te co-eoperate world would suggest you strt at Medsceme ,I have pride to say i have go so much skills wgucg empwerd me to wrk anywhere as a clinician the only thing they still need to review its the bonus and 13th cheque .

Pros: disdavantaged as clinican in terms of promotion

Learning and growth

Able to learn something new every day . Improves oneself and get a feeling of accomplishment. work loads are excessive so hence lots of manual labor goes into getting the work out as timeously and accurately as possible

Good office communication skill

27 year old lady hard working, ambitious ,well groomed .I m willing to learn.I have no problem with working with a team I fit in well in a group . I m willing to work over time if required.

Great learning experiebce

I have 2 years of experience in the Managed Healthcare\Medical Aid Industry. My duties include Medical Aid Policy Evaluation and Review, Compiling Departmental quarterly Performance Report, Compiling Departmental Performance Stats and other clerical admin functions. we work as teams that work towards a common goal. I have learnt a lot about customer service and satisfaction I enjoy medical aid policy review and customer experience monitoring The most challenging aspect is ensuring good customer experience while limited by scheme rules and protocols

Destination is the Journey. That is is how I would describe my employment at Medscheme. I can never say I know enough because everyday is an opportunity to learn. Every task is a new challenge and I am grateful for this because I am I can never be in a comfort zone. Mutual respect, accountability and integrity are the values of my organization and we are driven by innovation and excellence.
