Im innovative easily adapt to change and hard working
What i do is to file contracts load and remove service providers from our network. And we work as a team also an advantage because if you forget some steps youcan still go back to ateam for assistance.
Pros: You learn everyday so there is no time to relax

Excellent learning curve
They are ups and downs on any day but at the end of the SLA needs to be reached .I enjoy being a team player and working in a team. Together we are Medscheme.my co workers are fun ,hard work and responsible people.i have learnt the importance of team work,sharing ideas for improvement and sharing updated information to each in order to deliver quality customer service.Our system sometimes make it difficult to function effiential on our daily duties and poor management decisions taken. The challenge I sometimes face is not being taken seriously because of my level of occupation.

Excellent learning opportunities
A typical work day includes doing interviews, capturing employee information, shortlisting, dealing with payroll queries and supporting business partners/consultants in their role. I also draw up contracts and organize on boarding. I have learnt so much, both with regards to working with people and within the HR field. I enjoy the occasional cheerful fun vibe in the office. The most challenging part is not always having the support you need or motivation from those around you.
