Great learning curve

I had a busy work schedule - you can't predict how your day will turn out. I had a great relationship with my clients/co-workers. I have learnt that people with different personalities should be treated/handled differently. I enjoyed the relationship and respect from my clients. The most important challenging aspect of my job was work/life balance

room for growth

There is room for growth and improvements. Exposure to all other duties, such as call centre,back office and going extra. Salary is good,but there is room for more. Like bonus or 13 cheque

Excellent learning curve

The company I'm working for is very supportive towards our education and our mental health. We get opportunities to upskill our self by short course provided to us by the company. ff

A self motivated, adaptive and well organized person

I am a well organized person, very adaptive and easy to work with. I like working in teams and I am always open to try or come with new ideas. I am able to push myself ad be a productive even during a stressful or busy time in the workplace

Humble and good interpersonal skills

The environment is very health cautious, employees respect each other and are so loving. I leaned that you have to love and respect your collogues. I enjoyed the most when we go to our team buildings. The most challenging thing is when you want to fast track member's refunds with our finance department.

It's an huge learning curve and dynamic.

It's very huge company with so many growth and learning skills. Salary makes me happy working environment is good and the management aswell I have no doubt ir complain
