Great learning

We also work as a team, sharing ideas and experience. I have good relations with my colleagues and boss. I have learned a lot from them as to work hard and and make that I put my costomer first. As team we used to support each other and learn from our mistakes and learn different techniques and cultures

Excellent Development Plan

In terms of development, exxaro strives to empower its people by educating them in their specific fields which in turn give them opportunities to apply for promotions. I do believe that exxaro invests in its people in order to have a stronger more competent workforce.

Pros: Compensation for shifts and benefits for housing and travel.

It’s a excellent company to work

maintaining TMM’s(Hitachi,komatsu,Caterpillar and Volvo)LDV’s,HDV’s,forklifts,MTU engines and Cummins engines Striping and Rebuild Equipment And components we had great team work and worked towards archiving our goals

Its a good family company

I would like to work as a technician, I have recently found interest in that, i am very understanding person when we work, i avoid conflicts and address the matter at hand, i prefer monsay to Friday job even though it can be shifts

I am a team leader and work well with others. I have excellent writing skills. Very good in negotiating and establishing relations with stakeholders. I love big projects because of the adrenalin, short time to implement strategy and producing great results. Routines bores me. My days at work should be a roller-coaster. I love my work even though I deal with various stakeholders with different needs and expectations.

Maintenance on machines, daily services, long hours , standby

We are pushed to the limits at stages but the experience gathered is worth every second spend on this mine , just with the DMR rules there will be no more promotions for us until futher notice
