We are pushed to the limits at stages but the experience gathered is worth every second spend on this mine , just with the DMR rules there will be no more promotions for us until futher notice

Lifes Lessons

Start the day off with a cup of coffee with co-workers to see how they are doing and how things are going. Start the day off by going to each site and see what progress has been made on each site as I have about 20 small projects on the coal mine. Then I get back to the office and start updating projects as per required. I enjoy construction work as you see all new jobs on the arise and there are hardly the same project that ever happens. The most challenging aspects of my job is to try and get all the right requirements so that you can plan accord to what has to be done.
