Exciting yet very challenging. Good mix of clinical and managerial duties.

Exciting yet very challenging. Exciting in that its a mix of managerial & clinical work with opportunities to get involved in other area i.e. quality management, policy development, projects & HR operations. Challenging because of the number of employees to service & geographic areas to cover. Do lots of driving. Relations generally good, but frustration in that often recommendations made on employees are not implemented. Great support from colleagues. Currently, staff morale & public image at an all time low, and it tends to get to one. .

Cons: Poor prospects of growth

Wonderful Company to work for with lots of growth potential and Learning Opportunities

I am great team player with respect for people around my working space. Thus client, colleagues and other business associates. Though I don't like working under pressure, but I like taking challenges and exploring new ways of doing things. I believe more in self development and influencing others.

Good learning curve

I am a 22 year old woman looking for a job. I am done with my diploma and hoping to get a job in your company that will help me get more experience and learn more. I had an opportunity to learn many thing in the company I was working for but I can't get all the experience I need in one day that is why I think it is a good idea that I get opportunity in your company to continue training and having more experience. I am willing to be part of your team and bring to the table what I know and what I have learnt in my previous job.

Specialist in IR

I am currently an HR Officer for Irvin and Johnson Aquaculture, I enjoy my work, team and my boss. I work closely with my boss, the HR Manager in coming up long-term strategies for HR and other departments. I am very much involved in all aspects of HR. I also act in the HR Manager's role in her absence. Furthermore, I am fully knowledgeable with industry systems namely; MS Office, SAP (HR and Finance modules), and VIP.
