Exellent learning curve

Good teamwork, enjoys daily challenges encountered as they serve as learning curve that is shared with team for future improvement and to avoid repeating mistakes. each day comes with its own challenges which drives one to look forward to the day and face these new challenges. Good organisational culture makes the work environment to be enjoyable

Very good experience in engineering.

Greeting each other with a smile during the course of the day is what makes a day at Eskom WCOU. During my time at Eskom i rotated to different departments and got to train and got exposure on what makes Eskom.

Pros: Great experience in electricity supply.

Goal oriented and more impartial

A Normal day will be to plan s monthly strategies ensuring that all issues experienced get more informed employees. To better equipped the resources to gain confident In dealing with difficult customers, To build a better teams and communicate the strategic information. To be a team player and ensure open door policy.

Pros: Make different in my daily activities and ensure governance is well strucctured.

Great exposure at Eskom.

Eskom is a great company to work for.with access to many opportunities. However, the politics and media exposurte is difficult to operate . Thetraining and access to innovation and technology greatly supports the business objectives.
