Creative skills opportunity

- Its more of an outdoor kind of work - Requires a lot of energy and self esteem - Needs a lot of teamwork - Teaches you how to communicate with certain people and approach certain matters in certain ways - It gets challenging most of the time because one is required to cooperate with different people on a daily basis and sell them a product that's well known, so it can really be hard in terms of convincing or pursuing the costumer to give you time to lay out the product as a whole.

Acquiring the skill of self-management within the workplace while dealing with clients

In my current role at Clientele Life, I’m in charge of handling customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. By providing immaculate service to clients, I’m able to spread enthusiasm and positive word of mouth with my colleagues .This vibrant company image led to Clientele Life winning Best Company to Work For in 2016. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figuring out how best to serve their needs. Because I work in coordination with other departments within the company(e.g. Billings) I find it challenging when those departments delay the process of assisting clients.

Pros: Having an open-mind when dealing with customers queries
Cons: Achieving daily targets while providing excellent customer service without adding extra hours

It was a learning curve

Working in insurance taught me to be able to work under pressure and also to think on my feet and i do believe that these two skills will be beneficial in every industry

Excellent learning spot

It's nice working with customers everyday i met lot of different faces with different approach.I love being around my co-workers they inspire me everyday we know how to share work with others equally.I have learnet to deal with different customers everday it is not easy but it is worth it.what challenges the most is that i have to understand that the custmer is always right i had to deal with that in such a way that the customer wont see that I'm offended.

Pros: meeting different people made me realise that this is a great position for promotiong

Excellent learning curve

To be able assist or give good customer service to different clients with different cultural backgrounds on daily basis, ensuring that what i do not understand i ask from my team mates as team work is a solution at times. To know that really all clients are very happy as to how they were assisted with all the information or queries they might have had with clientele life . I have learned to be patient , humble and acknowledge the client as we surely deal with different clients daily. The most challenging aspect of the job was dealing with difficult clients who prefers that i speak their home language as fluent as it can be, but there was always team mates who were willing to assist with those minor issues, the likes of Theophillus Motlhanke who was always available to assist with hard core afrikaans speaking clients.

Excellent Learning Curve

It's a normal working enviroment, there's a good relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt a lot of processes associated with funeral, hospital as well as investment claims

Good with giving working experience

Good day The company has a good culture on creating a good work space by doing activities such as football challenges. When applying for the job they look of they know you personally and once they advertise the post already there is someone who will fill the post and they don’t give you feedback on why didn’t you get the post that was advertised, They would hire someone who doesn’t have an experience on the management team and still you will need to train the individual. Awesome experience

To work at Clientèle is nice especially for me because I am a person who likes new challenges and I always push to be the best at what I do. I am a very competitive person who wants to be on top of My game always. I have learned to adapt to all challenges and find a way to overcome them. What is more challenging is the working hours that one has to put in at most it's more than 12 hours.
