Excellent

Starting work early at 7 am to earn incentive Relationship with my team members is very good I have learned how to handle objections and make a client see need of having insurance I have enjoyed making sales and earning alot of cash with incentives The most challenging aspect was cut off day when i have not made my personal target and my supervisor will be on my case

Good listerner. hardworker.

i have been in a supervisory role for a while now. i can say that i t has been a rough and very interesting ride which was filled with fulfillment for the job. i am currently looking after a team of 20 retention and capture team. my hard work has paid off, supervisor of the new 1st runner up also completed few courses from work. i enjoy working in a team motivation is my motto. driving and pushing target my daily goal.

Pros: target driven. hard worker. adapt easy to change.
Cons: overtime, not paid for. long hrs.

My daily tasks that I perform to reach my target daily and monthly are as follows: *update stats on an hourly basis * Generate leads for sales department *Give feedback for quality purposes to my line manager regarding leads assessed with good termination reasons. *Evaluate leads terminations *Work towards set key measurements.

Willing to learn and expand

Iam a highly motivated candidate that is willing to fulfil a challenging full time job, I want to gain entry in an organisation to acquire knowledge and skills, share my knowledge of study, implement and grow with the company .
