Good with giving working experience

Good day The company has a good culture on creating a good work space by doing activities such as football challenges. When applying for the job they look of they know you personally and once they advertise the post already there is someone who will fill the post and they don’t give you feedback on why didn’t you get the post that was advertised, They would hire someone who doesn’t have an experience on the management team and still you will need to train the individual. Selling different product e.g life covers,hospital plan,legal policies and funeral plan

the working hours was quite good 8-18h00, my relationship with my co-workers was very good as sometime we work as team which is useful to find solution and help to achieve target. what i have learned is that its very important as a sales person to know your product very well as well as your system and know your customer very well. what i enjoyed most is growth, working together as a team can make me achieve my target and acceded my target and make a lot of commission. The most challenging aspect is that you need to make target monthly base as sales person. cause if you did not make target you earn less and you don"t achieve your goals finacially

Good

It is not bad at all to work under clientele life, I get along with my colleagues and staff, what I have learned is to be yourself and always work as a team, the most difficult part in working at clientele is to face some difficult clients and what I made sure is that even if I am wrong or right but customers first..

Learning curve

Working 8 to 7 30min lunch time with 15min tea breaks in between, I have had the opportunity to learn how to sell and haddle objections from different angles.

Life experiences in my work place

My job as an Call Centre Sales Agent was very challenging but rewarding . Commission was good but challenges was leads where not warmed up but learned how to close a sale and made my clients to feel safe and comfortable speaking with me . The work place I used to work in was very busy and full of energy. Where I learned alot especially in how to cope in an stressful situation at work where targets where impossible to be reached. But learned to dail until I get a sale and handle queries till it's solved. I enjoyed the rewards of reaching targets because I got incentives which included bonuses and cash on hand .

Excellent learning curve

My task is to listen to sales calls made by sales agents, to make sure that the call is according to the required standard. The manager will send a list of policy numbers then I will listen to the call. It’s a lovely task because I get to learn more about the different products that the company is selling. I have a good relationship with both my manager and co-workers.

Good communication skills.

I done face to face selling and inbound and outbound telesales. I have now established a key way to great communication. With my excellence i combine these two selling areas to have a good convincing or selling skills. I am also an IT person that also give me a broad adaptation on new working systems which is key to have as moving from one company to another. I believe in hardwork but preferably working smart all the time which is very helpful to agents that are in the sales industry. I have traits of not giving up as well as energetic I can speak 70% of the languages we have in south Africa and that makes me unique. I am kind and i believe in team work ,meaning i love learning and teaching each other colleagues .

Pros: Great opportunity to telesales environment
Cons: Their knew systems has so many problems which compromises your monthly earnings.

A doploma in accounting

an everyday office day job with c-workers we have a healthy an positive relation i have learned to work well under pressure an to communicate well building rapport with the Clients getting promotins
