Good communication skills.

I done face to face selling and inbound and outbound telesales. I have now established a key way to great communication. With my excellence i combine these two selling areas to have a good convincing or selling skills. I am also an IT person that also give me a broad adaptation on new working systems which is key to have as moving from one company to another. I believe in hardwork but preferably working smart all the time which is very helpful to agents that are in the sales industry. I have traits of not giving up as well as energetic I can speak 70% of the languages we have in south Africa and that makes me unique. I am kind and i believe in team work ,meaning i love learning and teaching each other colleagues .

Cons: Their knew systems has so many problems which compromises your monthly earnings.

Good learning curve

Selling insurance to client over phone , handle Objections and make sure the understand the policy and the benefits . Legal cover, hospital plan as well as the life cover. We are working as team by assist each other. Typically day where client does want to here about the company because of bad experience I had to apologise on behalf of a company and make sure the client understand . To be calm and listen to the client attentively So that o will able to help. When I come across with difficult client I learn more. No I don't include any personal information Coz client s are different , you need to have people skills.

I listen to a telesales call and make sure the agent complied woth fais

My everyday job is to listen to slaes calls I assist my coleages where necessary Learned how to work with diffrrent people and multitask. Agent sometimes lie to clients for ti reach their own targets and i have to callback client and rectify their mistakes to make sure the client understands.

I have learned the importance of thinking on my feet, reaching targets and working under pressure.

A typical work day at work at work would be calling clients and making sure that they stay with their policies because I deal with insurance and i am in the retentions department. I love working with people and i am currently working in a friendly enviroment which motivates me to do better. This position has taught me how to think on my feet, and people's skills.

Pros: Theres a opportunity for being a supervisor and manager.

Salary review

The environment that I work in is very professional, we all work as a team and the reporting structure is on point, everything is been done within the office park, example being HR,IT, even the Director. and growth is very much unlimited as the company grows by day. we do work extra hours when its needed but that is not an issue at all the only issue there is money, because earning less than 12 000 this days is really challenging.

Good company

Excellent work environment Currently I am employed as a Customer Service Agent where I am responsible for front desk operation and whilst at the same time giving any passengers or clients a helpful, courteous and professional customer service. I have experience of picking up and distributing loads for delivery, organizing travel routes, ensuring that all vehicle paperwork is accurate and keeping daily logs of all trips made. As a self-motivated team player I can thrive on the front line and am a dependable fast learner who has superb attention to detail.

Good learning curve

I worked closely with my team members as we believed that if 1 can do better we all can achieve. Its gets boring if I didn't manage to reinstate policies, or nt getting hold of the client. Its get fun when we have a marathon day , where we get to pop the balloon 🎈 and get money and other things . I have learn to be strong and never give up.
