Independent consultants
Always change productions and services, so self training will be needed and brands provide extra training if needed. Constant changing environment. Challenging place to work in and quite technical work space. Must be able to teach yourself about common network related issues.

- Actively involved in the Software Development Life Cycle, Test Life Cycle, test strategies, methodologies and processes. - Automated GUI applications using the JAVA language with the Selenium tool, Git as source code management and Jenkins to trigger the Maven projects and report them with JIRA as defect management tool. - Automated APIs (Webservices Soap & Rest) ,Rest Assured with UFT and Selenium. - Experience in UFT LoadRunner, VUGEN, CONTROLLER, ANALYZER. - Good experience in Selenium using the Python language. - Experience in Mobile APP development using both Android and IOS. - Expertise with automation frameworks (Data Driven, TestNG, Junit). - Experience on building Page Object Model (POM) using Page Factory class. - Experience in BDD framework using Cucumber. - Experience Maven and Ant as build management tools.

Good learning experience
We work 9-5 where we are required to service all client needs.We a team of 5 individuals who strive to reach sales targets and to satisfy all our clients needs,also we are required to sell packages and electronic communication devices.I have learned alot at my current company and I enjoy being able to help clients through the whole process and I enjoy the rewards of my hardwork.

Well co ordinated
The day beg ins with following up on lost leads and ask for referrals from previous sales We had a good communication and a good relationship with my colleagues and team leader to meet and exceed our team target daily I have learnt a lot in terms of doing marketing and searching for my own leads when I was not able to get leads sent to is daily I enjoyed our team meetings to guide each other on changing strategy if u have a short fall on your sale's. The most challenging part was working weekends as you needed to generate your leads on your own and work on different campaigns to get your sale's.
Pros: Doing quotation for fibre client based on their internet usage for home or business
Cons: Commission structure was very low

Communication skill
I had a wonderful experience while I was still at Cellc, working during the day meeting targets. We had a healthy working environment, we were getting along with the staff. I learnt working under pressure meeting targets, data capturing, calling technique, communication skill and approach. I enjoyed engaging with customers of different personalities and learning about company products. Most challenging aspects was not to meet your target and being left behind by your colleagues.
Pros: Being exposed in the telecommunication environment and being able to deal with different customers of different personalities.
Cons: Long working hours and working on weekends also increasing monthly targets.

I am currently working for Cell C as a Network Engineer also worked for Ericsson monitoring microwave links and fibre links for MTN/Vodacom. I have also worked for Telkom SA Networks monitoring their network elements BTS, RNC's and BSC's; Answering calls, first line fault diagnostics, offering first line support to technicians and clients; Updating trouble tickets, fault escalation and capturing information given by our clients and management. I strive for continued excellence, proficient ability to deal with the customers and to deal with their issues.
