The attributes and qualities that I possess.
I am a mature, positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible, at any given task. In my previous role as a Sales Representative, I demonstrated the ability to work under intense pressure, sell products and services to customers from all backgrounds, handle customer complaints and solve problematic situations as and when they arose. I was promoted twice for exceeding my sales targets. And currently a team leader now.

Cons: Environment is dull, I'm young and feel like I should be in a more vibrant environment

Excellent
Working at cellc is greatl u get too learn more they have good training for someone who never knew anything about sales and cellphone I actually got comfortable very quickly adjusted very quickly at the work place It's never easy working with sales but I enjoy it very much as u work on your daily basis it gets easy by day the staff the bosses very fun people to work with and understanding people but every now and then we have hick ups as staff members but either than that the work enviroment is healthy I love working in a cellphone company because it's acxiting as u learn something new each and everyday especially with devices to sum it all up I love working at cellc but we all need change

Great learning curve when it comes to selling things on credit
- morning meetings held by me to motivate the guys - our team is like a family ,there’s respect for everyone - we deal a lot with fraudulent customers so I have learnt what to look out - nothing makes me more happier then hearing a customer compliment my team - the most challenging part about my job is getting Customers that qualify for contracts , so I have to push my team extra. Pushing them to get out of their comfort zone so that sales are made

A great learning curve
This is a great company to work for if you are looking for a job out of college to build your skill set and resume. Raises are few and far between, but the company consistently hires amazing people and the culture is a great reason to stay. i have learnt to be a team player and enjoy socializing with different people. the job can be challenging especially when there are high call volumes and also the different shifts also plays a factor.
Pros: The schedules they typically offer are awesome, as not many people have to work on the weekends. The job is easy, the pay is decent, and the people are very kind

Excellent working experience
On a day to day we deal with customers telephonically and face to face , sales “meeting targets on a monthly basis”, booking off repairs , any customer insurance claims I on the other hand as an assistant manger I deal with the Admin of the store sending out emails , replying in coming emails , making sure the store is running on a tight ship aswell not forgetting making sure employees are happy and working hard . The most challenging I must say is dealing with difficult customers and the hours we are working are long .

Learning in progress
I am currently work as admin and buyers as we give qoutations for buyers and provide services to them. While other partner doing Electrical Consultant services and electrical Jobs. The Job thought me to know everything as long as Google is there. Research always to make sure you understand what you are about to supply so that you don't lose money but make money. I have learned to be willing to learn and to be fast as there are always deadlines. Most challenging aspects is when you deal with engeenering that needs some fundamental back ground concepts to fully understand what you deal with in the Civil Engineering.
Pros: Small company, saving company money my doing some it related stuff need by the company
Cons: No working hours as long you work for family business.

I have learnt a lot from my company and it gave me experience
I am a hard working person, I enjoy solving queries, putting smiles on people’s face makes me proud. I love working with rearm because you get to learn most things and hear different ideas. Even though I face challenges every day, I always find a way of solving it, sometimes I ask my tears to assist me where I don’t understand.

Good learning experience
We work 9-5 where we are required to service all client needs.We a team of 5 individuals who strive to reach sales targets and to satisfy all our clients needs,also we are required to sell packages and electronic communication devices.I have learned alot at my current company and I enjoy being able to help clients through the whole process and I enjoy the rewards of my hardwork.
