Dealing with new and exciting challenges
Basically coming from clothing to cellphones shouldn't be that much of a change because you're still selling but it took a bit to get used to. Because clothing is much more easier, people are more reluctant to buy devices that they will be paying for 24 months but it has allowed me to grow my skills set and overcome the issues and I think I have done quite well in adapting to the new environment

Excellent learning

Communication skill
I had a wonderful experience while I was still at Cellc, working during the day meeting targets. We had a healthy working environment, we were getting along with the staff. I learnt working under pressure meeting targets, data capturing, calling technique, communication skill and approach. I enjoyed engaging with customers of different personalities and learning about company products. Most challenging aspects was not to meet your target and being left behind by your colleagues.
Pros: Being exposed in the telecommunication environment and being able to deal with different customers of different personalities.
Cons: Long working hours and working on weekends also increasing monthly targets.

Positive energy
I am a confident, dedicated and hard working person who believes in my ability to succeed in life. I am a very competitive and passionate person. I believe that having good values, morals and a positive attitude can take you a long way and has therefore, been the reasons for some of my achievements. I am a seasoned Supervisor in the Customer Service Telecommunication Industry. My leadership style focuses on approachability and accountability, and creating a good work environment. Beautiful working enviroment
I deal with financial entries of Cellc and the job requires my full attention as I deal with funds of the company deciding on whether to approve or decline them. Depending on the number of financial entries i really love and enjoy my job. I work hand in hand with the billing team and I go to depths of analyzing their queries before entries are submitted. Team spirit really keeps us going. I have learned to treat my co-workers as individuals as they are all different and putting differences aside to achieve our objectives

Excellent
ts of Pros The company culture is great. Many opportunities to be promoted within and recognized for your hard work and achievements. A fast paced and growing company which is great to start off your career. Meeting new people and talking/managing candidates/employees everyday is the best part of the job. There is a lot of freedom and ways to show improvement and your skills. In short "you get what you put in"....!! Cons There are preferences when it comes to handling of projects, leave, and oooh the salary range, You will get a basic while the person sitting next to you gets even almost the same as manager Advice to Management Management needs to be there for you every step of the way in coaching and helping you with PDP. Stuff motivation Fair salary increase not based on color or religion Fair distribution of projects, we want the challenge too Growth is important job
