Great learning experience , learnt a great deal about myself
my work environment at this stage is very difficult, i am seeking other work due to victimization from the other staff in the current work environment, it has been a great learning curve but feel i am worth more than being pushed down rather than built up. i enjoyed working with the clients and being at their aid when they needed assistance , i had many challenges though with clients who could not speak English or Afrikaans and tried to learn a few common African words relevant to the working environment , i have learnt that sometimes not every job is for you but its what you have learnt along the way that counts towards your feature and not every bad experience is a down fall in life.
Pros: great lerning experience for someone who would like to further thier career in finaces and banking

Customer service more than collections
Every morning i stated at 8am working till 7pm the latest and i enjoyed every moment . I no longer wok for the company any more as i resigned due to personal issues not work related but i had to relocate to Johannesburg that's where i am currently seeking for employment. I had a wonderful relationship with every one at my office stating from the securities, cleaners especially my co-workers. Learned that in life you must not have types of people you relate with as anyone can add value to you regardless, always being humble is the best as opportunities present them selves to you. I loved interacting with my clients they were the best ever, listening to them and placing myself in their shoes made me see life different and strive my almost best to assist them and educate them as well.

Excellent work experience
i work from 8- 5. my relationship was good. i learnt to interact with clients and be patient i enjoy assisting clients with their querries the challenging aspect of the job are robberies

Good learning curve daily
I am computer literate, friendly, a team player and work well under pressure. My duties were making sure that all the branch admin is up to date and filed accordingly,the branch is running smoothly and all clients are served within the specific time, train new recruits which i enjoyed the most,working with different characters and having to make sure that they all aim to reach the same goal was interesting and challenging. I take ownership and see all challenges to completion.

Team work and positivity
My day at would start with logging in 15 min at work, go through active incidents which means previous day work I follow up and update incidents that need to be updated. Then throughout the day if I need assistance I ask my team mates and they also did the same. When new teams from training start I used to manage them, do coachings, listen to calls, and do all the admin. It would be very challenging month end as it would get too busy then the system would ho offline then sometimes we are unable to assist some clients. I learnt a lot about leadership and understanding the service we provided to clients. I would enjoy when I would go out for lunch with colleague's after work and getting to know each other.

I have been a loyal employee for my company for more than.ten years I am passionate about my work and I took responsibility of my job and take ownership at all the time Being on management side taught me on how to deal with people on daily basis and how to lead them with wit example I have also learn on how to deal with different clients during difficult times By working here it taught me so many things that I did nothe have previously I no how to work under pressure and also to work awkward hours without any hesitation

Team work.
- Working well with different people. - Working in a team and taking of each other. - I have learned that in a team there is no stupid answer every member contribute positive. - I enjoy daily meeting and helping each if we got challenges. Small things matter idea. - The challenge is to be consistence in terms of performance.

Great company
Great company to work with with a very vibrant young people mostly dealing with dificcult customers and nice brand to work for . The technology is advanced while the brand is driven by its own name.

Excellent learning curve
The salary is not enough, at least if the gross would be R18 000. But the job is its too much and tiring. There is a huge gap between the manager and the assistant'salary.

Excellent learning curve
Being part of a team and setting monthly targets to achieve. Interavting with clients everyday, handling their inqueries,solving them and helping them process their banking transactions. Working on a roaster to exchange roles between cashier/teller and service consultant. Telemarketing to increase sales and promote new products. Assist cliens whith their credit application, calculate client's afforability assessment and granting credit.
Pros: Being part of a team, continuos learning.
