Good learning curve daily
I am computer literate, friendly, a team player and work well under pressure. My duties were making sure that all the branch admin is up to date and filed accordingly,the branch is running smoothly and all clients are served within the specific time, train new recruits which i enjoyed the most,working with different characters and having to make sure that they all aim to reach the same goal was interesting and challenging. I take ownership and see all challenges to completion.

Challenging environment
company policies are in place to oppress operations employees instead of creating a conducive atmosphere.there's no fair Employment equity ,where people would hold certain position based on education

Excellent growth and learning curve
Best foundation any employee needs to start getting into any industry. Capitec Bank has groomed me even more, made me cope even more under pressure and showed me that nothing is impossible. Working for capitec
It is very nice to work at capitec, working with people has improved my level of patience as an individual. I enjoy most the learning activities that they load every week for us, the most challenging thing about the job is the working hours.

Continuous
Our team consists of few people and there are many departments. I get on well with my colleagues and we work well as a team. I enjoy the fact that we are constantly busy throughout the day and the there is no fear of retrenchment as that is a reality in this country. The most challenging aspect is that you can work longer hours, you can work weekends but the incoming work is never complete. There are just not enough people for the amount of work the departments are dealing with on a daily basis.

Cons: work load never seems to come to an end. Staff not given incentives only small bonus (but always threatened to lose them)

Good customer service orientation and system knowledge
The job has taught me the importance of customer service and understanding customers and providing the best services and products to meer clients needs. I habe also learnt how to handle different situations and professional behavior no matter the situation and also using all the tools provided to deliver the best services to clients.
