Excellent learning curve
We work hard because a number of new clients increases daily, but with the training we received when joining the company, we manage to cope really well.
Pros: Promotions are a bit rare but it all depends on the hard work one gives.

OPENNING ACCOUNTS, LOAN AND TRANSACTION PROCESSING. ASSISTING WITH SUPBOENAS AND DECEASED. I HAVE LEARNT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE PROACTIVELY. BE QUICK AND ENERGETIC AND BUILDING LONGLASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS. ALTHOUGH OUR CLIENT BASE IS BIG. CLIENTS ARE ABLE TO SAY I WAS ASSISTED BY HELEN AND I WANT HER TO ASSIST ME TODAY.

Excellent customer service.
My experience alone speaks for itself. I have been moving in between departments but I have excellent in all of them meaning I adopt well to new environment.

It’s an average company
Capitec Bank has its advantages and disadvantages. It hires people that don’t have experience but it’s not working well with its employees. It gives you the experience you looking for but the treatment isn’t so great. The working hours are long which makes it hard to spend time with family.

All rounder
My day starts with me doing the planner for the day. Planning lunches for the consultants, planning their tasks for the day. After that I will help with the review of the previous transactions, doing card stock and managing the branch flow. I work with a very strong team and it is very easy to work them because they are all competent and always share their knowledge so that they are always on top of their game. Working at capitec bank you learn something new everyday. I enjoy the rush of the job, it's not a boring job because I do different things. The most challenging thing for me is dealing with unhappy clients and how to make sure that I solve whatever query they have and also the long hours.

Typical work day is having to serve at least 50 clients on your own daily, which is very challenging but having a team like my coworkers makes it easier as we rely on each other to come up with different ideas to how we can satisfying our clients and also making sure that each client doesn't have to wait for long to be served... We are trained to always put the clients primary needs first then explore what secondary need a client might have without them being aware that they had to begin with of which I enjoy the most because it helps you focus so that you can pick up links that will lead you to the unrealized secondary need..

Excellence working opportunities
I have been a loyal employee for my company for more than.ten years I am passionate about my work and I took responsibility of my job and take ownership at all the time Being on management side taught me on how to deal with people on daily basis and how to lead them with wit example I have also learn on how to deal with different clients during difficult times By working here it taught me so many things that I did nothe have previously I no how to work under pressure and also to work awkward hours without any hesitation
