I am looking for employment as a Service Desk/Helpdesk support agent. I am experienced and qualified and willing to learn more. I enjoy working in team setups and do not require intensive supervision. I have an understanding regarding work ethic and subscribe to it

Excellent Worker

I have got 10 years experience in assurance and fulfillment. Customer experience knowledge and satisfaction. I was also nominated as best agent within the center and also received appraisal letters from customers in support of work ethics I have worked on different Telkom systems to ensure customer query resolutions. I got 3 years assurance experience dealing high level customers with SLA`s in a 24/7/365 days My years of experience helped me to understand different products and prioritize customers according to contractual obligations

Every challenge for me is an opportunity to learn and excel.

I am self-motivated, able to work under pressure and can communicate with people at different levels. I have strong interpersonal skills and I function well within a group or team environment irrespective of the field. I can be depended upon to perform my duties with minimum supervision. i believe that together as a team we must work towards the same goal. I believe strongly in a work life balance and that the culture in a work place is very important. I embrace diversity. Project Coordinator at BCX

Typical work day involves loads of meetings with various stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects, minute taking and distribution of minutes. Administering the Demand Management cycle. Obtaining progress feedback & ETAs on delivery actions. There is a nice work atmosphere, but managers lack management skills. The most most challenging aspect is having to ensure that all deliverables are met in time and with exceptional quality. I've learnt how to be part of a big group with diversities and to work together as a team whilst ensuring my attitude and comments relating to work and colleagues remain professional.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Salary did not increase for the past 5 years

Excellent learning curve

I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. Always smiling and being friendly (including new employees). Everyday is a different day in the working environment , and I work very well under pressure and always deliver on or before deadlines are due. I enjoy the work environment the most as my co-workers are fun and always motivating me to do better. The most challenging part of my job is the everchanging environment of my clients. Learning and managing new processes and getting the correct people to get the work completed on time

Administration of purchase orders Liaison between internal/external clients and suppliers Handling of purchase orders and payments queries Issuing quotations to the clients To analyse requirements, negotiate and purchase spare parts as required. Supporting the clients (Engineering’s) with pricing of projects. Timeously pricing RFQ’s negotiating pricing and lead times with suppliers (all spares parts and repairable). Ensure site procurement requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. Monitor supplier lead time and service rate. Cost reduction objectives with suppliers with view to setting up service level agreements. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Supplier/clients Management (monitor delivery, quality and performance) Establish and maintain pricing models Receiving of goods (physically and on the system) Knowledge of sending machines to the vendor when need to be repaired. Typical day in a bid office

My typical work day starts at a.m and could finish at anything up to 12p.m depending on the amount of tender submissions. arranging and leading render kick-off meetings, follow up with different business units. I am the custodian on our bid office tender library, making sure all company documents and director's is up to date and valid. Training and mentoring of new employees. i have learnt a lot about the company and myself in the bid office as it is a very challenging environment. it is a department where one have to have patience, people skill and constent learning.
