I started off with voluntary services in 2006 to acquire IT skills and be ready for the working environment when I was a Junior Network Administrator where I did network configurations to switches, routers, desktops and servers. I was then awarded with an internship program where I worked as a System Administrator which entails working with systems like SQL and SAP. I have technical experience in SQL database Administration, Network Administration, Incident Management and Trend Analysis. I am currently working as an Incident Management Coordinator and have both good technical and administration skills. I am an enthusiast who loves new challenges. I am a team player but can also work independently, taking initiatives and sharing new innovations with the team. I am open to any IT related positions that will help take my technical acumen to greater heights and challenge me mentally

Learning and Development
To work at my current company the growth possibility is produced but I am currently outside the scope of development in the company perspective but a pleasure to work and deliver the requested information and actions to the various customers. A working day includes onsite visits to customer and attend to engineers delivering on a request of which all work well together to deliver the service. I have learnt that if you have reached the top of development one has to look at the colleagues still needing to get there and push them to try and do that.

How my day is like working in payroll department of a big IT company
my company its a big company so its always busy especially for us who work in payroll its always busy, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, there is always filing to be done, every month I create files for new employees and remove the files of those are leaving from active to terminations files, and make sure that the filling room and the archives file are in order.

Professional Microsoft licensing Specialist
Regular liaison with internal customers including Purchasing and Accounts Specialists. Ensure price lists and back order reports are distributed in advance of effective. Ensure all orders and queries are processed in line with the Ops team procedures. Advise customers on licensing procedures ect..

Great learning experience
Was great learning curve in my career have learnt some valuable information on active directory and 1st Line Technical support. Have gained knowledge on networks and all Microsoft applications as well as active directory and service now

I have recently become a very proud mum to a gorgeous little girl, thus would like to work half day.
I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has lived and worked in the UK for seven-and-a-half years. Upon my return from the UK in 2010, I started working for Business Connexion as an Asset Administrator within the Asset Centre Department. I am able to work as part of a team, as well as on my own. I have recently become a very proud mum to a gorgeous little girl, thus would like to work half day. I am a friendly, eager and willing person who is flexible and always happy to learn and I hope that my CV receives your favourable consideration.

Learning curve
9am to 5pm the day starts. Depends on the type of project you work on. I first started on an agile project, in which we had only 8 months to deliver whilst based at a client site. As a BA, I had to schedule and host workshops. Had to interact with Subject Matter Experts. Bring together the source,integration and end points users in one room and discuss the system. Was a great learning experience as it challenged me to be a mediator. I learned public speaking, I learned how to listen to individuals and gather correct information. After the workshop, I would go and do further analysis then present it back to our clients and they would approve it. I learned how to deal with stress and time management as we had strict deadlines. Currently I am based at a different client, which is an on going project without a deadline. Service Life cycle. It is a smoother learning experience with less stress.
Pros: You can work flexible hours and also can work from home.
Cons: No skill development in other departments

Excellent learning curve, but horrible treatment to stuff and dismal salary and perks!
Excellent learning curve, but horrible treatment to stuff and dismal salary and perks! junior and entry level stuff is looked down upon. Morale is at its all time low. Race is still an issue. White people get preferential treatment compared to other races. No overtime and no performance bonus. Close to zero benefits. No choice of medical aid, we are all forced to use discovery, and its too expensive compared to the others, and most of us can't afford it!
Pros: Poor opportunity for promotion, always consider candidates from outside the company
Cons: Long standby hours and poor remuneration for the efforts.
