GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN OVERALL BUSINESS

Skillset enhancement

BCX is a great company to work for with common benefits like cell phone, laptop, internet sim card, overtime etc. The environment is massive and very complex, as a service provider every project is urgent with very tight deadline and evolving technologies. This means sales team will basically sell any solution without consulting with the tech team and as an engineer you will be expected to understand different technologies, products/vendor etc and make every solution work. I am working with great minds, more experienced and matured engineers. With my character I believe I fit anywhere regardless of the environment. I have learned to treat everyone with utmost respect, be the juniors, mid-level etc. I enjoy working on new technologies. The challenges I am facing with my job is unplanned projects which are expected to the delivered within unpractical time lines, broken process, last minutes change requests,

Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Handling and resolving customer queries and follow up on calls when necessary. • Reporting of client calls and responding to customer queries. • Identifying and escalating priority issues and complete call logs. • Working knowledge of the basic operations of Wireless Network Technology that includes Cisco routers, switches & Access points. We answer calls from clients in a matter of seconds no call is supposed to be missed. Relationship among co-workers is not so well team effort lacks a lot but we work with what we've got.

Very motivated

I work with a great team of motivated people. I am a team person. I always alway willing to learn and very flexible. I enjoy knowing that as colleagues we cover for each other to get the job done. The most challenging part is on busy days like Mondays or month-end.
