Microsoft licensing Specialist for Small, Medium, Large organisations & SAM professional
Regular liaison with the relevant personnel within the customers’ organization and build relationships on a day to day basis. Regular liaison with internal customers including Purchasing and Accounts Specialists. Ensure price lists and back order reports are distributed in advance of effective date. Provide, track and follow up on all software quotations and help monitor non contractual renewals. Ensure all orders and queries are processed in line with the Ops team procedures. Advise customers on licensing procedures.

Great stepping stone
There is always something new in every week. There is opportunities to prove yourself around every corner. People are friendly and challenging. Working with different vendors you learn the different procedures available for one industry. Work procedures keep changing and this allows for growth.

Learnt a lot about the consumer it's needs and how to address issues effectively
In my years as a customer engineer I learnt the value of ethics manners and the ability to have people skills. I am an efficient technician and customer support engineer because of this and the practice working with people make me a direct fit for working with people. I'm friendly calm and patient timenus and always willing to help or seek help for my client to should I not have the resources to I have a passion for helping othersomeone and seeing them receive the service they deserve.

• I have been employed at Business connexion for six years as a 1stline network engineer, I am currently contracted to SITA International and I am based at O'Tambo International. My duty is to monitor the network lines for all the airports in South Africa and Africa as a whole. I have recently passed my grade 12 which was a stumbling block to my promotion to higher level and I am eager to further my studies on the field of my profession. I am working for a reputable company, Business Connexion where I was a Human Resource Information Systems Intern and now I currently hold the title of a Junior Administrator. I am accredited Resource Link Suit support administrator and also working on the FNB Instant Payroll help desk. I support both Payroll and Human Resource functions for leading Southern African companies. How my day is like working in payroll department of a big IT company
my company its a big company so its always busy especially for us who work in payroll its always busy, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, there is always filing to be done, every month I create files for new employees and remove the files of those are leaving from active to terminations files, and make sure that the filling room and the archives file are in order.
