Average learning

 I have developed high-level knowledge and skills in client service delivery.  I have good technical and functional knowledge of the different products offered within the information technology environment.  I am very attentive to detail sand I always deliver accurate work and delegated tasks.  I have the ability to work or perform duties under pressure and independently with deadline driven. The most challenging thing was investigating a call, it happens that the user don't respond and the feedback must provided quickly, then you have to be patient and wait for the response

Pros: Good working team leaders , and learning is good but you have to push until something happen.
Cons: Difficult to learn lot of things withing a week, and no mentors
