I still willing to learn more becouse in manufacturing
It is very difficult to work with many people with different characters and behaviours. The person need to adjust and adapt itself. Working extra hours is not nice sometimes but the situation leading someone to be responsible and make sure work is done on a specific time. Adjust, controlled is a very important in a work environment most especial when you work with any people. I learnt how to be a responsible person, patience, carefully, behave and make sure everything should be done in a proper way. I was enjoyed to learn many different behaviours, different corrector's and able to handle them, Most challenges was when the product is failed during lab testing, defects during auditing of documents
Pros: Auditing diferent documents, Managing different sections with different people.

Confidence and good communication skills
I am a qualified Nutritionist having an honors degree. I Worked at Aspen Pharmacare as a Medical sales representative and used to call on GP and my area were Pretoria and Soweto territory. I Am young hard working lady who is very dedicated in her work and work well under pressure to reach my target objectives either long term or short term goals.

Great learning experience
The people are friendly, easy to communicate with even when I was still learning it was not difficult to get information from departments. It works both ways because if you are willing to help others generally people won't hesitate to help you in return. I have learnt everything there is about pharmaceutical company. I can safely say i am content with the information I have even I would love to grow more knowledge. I enjoy that I interact with lots of people who are a great benefit to my knowledge. The pressure is challenging in the sense that you rely on other departments for information to make sure that the task at hand is executed.

Great working experience
The nice part about my job, is there is no routine work. With the complexity of the work and the continually changing environment that actuaries work in there is little about our work that stays the same for long. Relationship with co-workers is good. I am always willing to help others solve problems even if it inconveniences me and I am always willing to work above and beyond the call of duty.

I feel as at the level of being an expert in the maintenance planning field. I have done a lot covering all aspects and beyond of what is expected from a planner.

Excellent learning opportunity
I worked with a team of method validation and development analysts who were responsible for raw material testing and evaluation, cleaning validation method development and equipment qualifications. We worked on technical transfer projects which also included hosting sending site staff to our facility. They were often impressed with our preparation and there were no incidences where they couldn't do work as result of misjudged requirements and transfers were executed seamlessly.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn everything regarding production and manufacturing
Cons: Short staff which resulted in handling a lot of duties that should have been handled by other positions, long hours and burnout

Excellent learning curve
i would assist my supervisor(stock controller) with recieving and sending of Aspens' promotional items, where in we had a good understanding of each other with respect and love. We would even deal with representatives of the company wherein the relationship was even well. My duties was mostly to see that sent items are properly labelled, and the recieving ones are stored where they must be stored. I was responsible for signing in deleveries and sending off of items if my supervisor is not around.I was even responsible for the cleanness of the wearhouse.

Unique working environment. To work in pharmaceutical is exiting. Paying attention to detail is key.
