Excellent place to learn
You are busy the whole day with paperwork. Processing CE's and PO's for Brand Managers. My co-workers like to work with me. I am an out going person and like new challenges. I will go out of my way to help others. I like to communicate with managers and representatives regarding their work and days out in field. I learnt that people are different and that one have their own feelings and opinions about life.
Pros: You may start as a rep and work your way up to a manager.

Good Learning Curve
The experience gained while working at this company is invaluable. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of people which taught me good interpersonal skills as well as conflict resolution. The type of working environment has forced me to learn good organizational skills as well as how to multitask and prioritise work.
Pros: Working for such a big company opens many other doors for you in the industry
Cons: Sometimes a lack of personal touch due to it being such a big company

Good learning experience
Draw up weekly plan Discuss with production leaders training plan for the week. Discuss availability of staff for specific training. Focus training on staff with low personal stats. Conduct practice trading and practice assessments SOP training of staff. Speaking to staff on what there personal trading needs are.
Pros: Great exposure to all sectors within the company
Cons: Opportunity for promotion is minimal

Excellent report writing and coaching
Typical day starts with morning meetings to discuss the objectives of the day and targets required. I am great in coaching and mentoring employees and was involved in a project where I implemented a system to encourage and award high performing employees on a monthly using the company’s values. This created a healthy competition amongst staff and they are always willing to go an extra mile. The organization adopted the same system and now is implemented all across other parts of the country.

Hard working individual
good expirience gained while working at this company,good practise is very impotrant support lab staff when required for calibration and breakdowns.joined a team of support worked with standards authentic and reference standards also with raw material that is requested from the wharehouse,also have experience on LIMS laboratory information management system on blood alcohol and toxicology section.

To pursue a career in Engineering / Maintenance / Projects and develop within an organization where my potential will be put to use with potential career development. I have knowledge in Computerised Management Maintenance System (CMMS) activities and projects. I enjoy taking full responsibility and always strive to deliver good services and maintain high quality standards. I have a track record of developing both engineering and (or) production platforms that cross multiple businesses for added efficiency. I never let a ball drop, can make things happen and have the potential to be a key part of any department. Quality assurance
I am a self-motivated, self-sufficient very flexible, punctual, hard worker and I am trustworthy in every aspect of any work delegated to me. I am able to work as part of a team and independently without supervision. I perform very well under pressure. I have a wonderful personality which allows me to get on very well with the people I work with. I always make a room for growth and improvement.

Learning new things everyday
Currently working for 13 years in pharmaceutical company manufacturing medication and have a good relationship with the bosses, started as an assistant process controller and got promoted to my current job.I have learnt to be resilient and be able to take pressure,always strive to reach targets and meet customer wants and needs.Most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with machine major breakdowns whereby a broken component has to be replaced and doing fault finding.

Excellent learning curve
The Company has a very fast environment, running of samples, maintain cleaniness, calibration of machines, assisting and doing research on complex procedures. I worked very well with my co-workers. Everyone is treated equally and with respect. We worked very long hours however the aim was to achieve aims and objectives of the company with that of the customer.
