We are deadline driven. All staff are adequately trained in their working areas. As a team we work well together. We are very efficient and effective in out daily tasks. For the past 23 years of employment I have formed many relationships which has had positive effects on my work. Being part of IT Validation Team I have had the opportunity to become quite acquainted with all computer systems used which have benefited me well over the years. I enjoy being challenged in my work because I have a very investgative and enquiring mind, I always like to figure and examine the end results. Validating /Qualifying a new system that meets the. Business's requirement is very challenging because the business is the IT Department's main customer who we need to satisfy.

Cons: No room for growth and improvement.

Experience in sterile compounding and packing as well as exposure to batch book auditing
Motivated with every task I encounter. I am able to think on my feet and investigate problems. I am able to adapt to any environment as I learnt this whilst working in a production environment. I work well under stressful situations. I am able to work well independently and in a team. I am enthusiastic to learn and eager to grow within my profession. I am dedicated and punctual. I believe integrity is of utmost important with regards to a company that you are allocated to. Pharmacy is my passion and I am motivated to increase my knowledge in this field.

Good for someone that has reached their peak in their carerr
Working at Aspen involves a lot of consultations and co-working due to the large number of employees at the company. One has to deal with a lot of interactions with different people at different levels. It's very important that one has a good relationship with co workers because your performance could solely depend on their work. It's very important that the work ethic is maintained and that your work is reliable because the work one does is not only for themselves but that product goes out to the world and helps others. one would want to make sure that whatever is produced is of the very best quality.

Challenging and developing work
Source quotation from suppliers on behalf of business. Place orders with suppliers for goods and services required. Ensuring compliance to the procurement process when purchasing goods and services. Maintaining relationship with the suppliers. Determine suitable suppliers for procuring goods or service. Send RFQ to suitable suppliers and receive and evaluate all quotations. Select suppliers based on the prescribed critea (Discription, Price, Quality and Lead time). Analyzing quotes and negotiating for better price offer via telephone. Reading and analyzing the contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and advising on propose price increase or contract extension. Regulating that the price increase never exceed the CPIX. At aspen you gain more skills and experience.• Excellent Organizational, Planning; Communication and interpersonal Skills • Able to work independently and handle pressure very well. • Strengths: Excellent technical Skills and application of method. Ability to think and make quick decision. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Definitely a fast learner. • Ability to train new staff. • Motivation Factors: Working in an environment prioritizing quality work & quality result, also with healthy working conditions and well-resourced company. Associating myself with great team of colleagues and inspiring supervisors. Excellent experience
Working for Aspen was a great learning experience, I learnt a lot. I am a person that learns quick and enjoy a challenge. The company has a great culture, and lives up to its culture and ethics. We all work together as a team.

Need to grow myself further to reach higher goals.
- A typical work day for us at Aspen is having to be prepared to expect the unexpected when entering the plant and not really expect nothing for free; - My relationship with co-workers is very well and healthy with more then 805 of the co-workers and always try to help or assist where i can; - I have learnt that you have to go and fight for what you want in life or to achieve for nobody will do that for you or give it to you on a silver platter; - What I enjoy most working here is the fact that i can always help and assist co-workers and the company with their daily issues and trials; - The most challenging aspects of the job is to assist production; help employees but at the same time not loose scope of what my goals and directives is.
Pros: That there is endless challenges daily and when the timing is right place for growth.
Cons: Working Excessive long hours and not always been recognised for the effort put in.

I work in a microbiology lab at Aspen pharmacare
I work at a Sterile plan and I am currently responsible for testing final products. I test eyedrops, fraxiparine, mono-embolex and other products made in production. A typical day involves meetings and plannng. I test for half a day then plan for the next day.I perform additional tasks such as updating SOPs, implementing changes. I have learnt to work in a team, how to deal with different personalities, planning and organisational skills. I have also learnt to speak up and ask for help when I require it. I enjoy my work especially when I see a product I tested on the shelf at supermarkets or pharmacies. A challenge has been to perform all tasks under pressure. I found planning to be crucial

Eager to learn
I am currently an acting operator, I operate on different kinds of Ima machines where we manufacture tablets and capsules. I also attend to minor breakdown and my jobs includes alot of documentation. I have learnt alot in my current job,, how to lead a team and the importance of working in a team and asking for help if you need it. I learn something new everyday and that is the part i enjoy the most, I love challenges and having my own team which I lead has taught me alot.

I strart each day with having to do a walk about to verify and everything regarding SOP's and GMP; I have got a good working relationship with the workers and assist wherever I can regarding professional and personal issues; I have done a vast amount of training starting in the warehouse as a warehouse assistant to the manufacturing and packing department as a process controller right to the quality assurance as a GMP Compliance Officer where I have done lots of learning including my basic in pharmacy assistant. I enjoy the everyday challenges and the fact that I have the privalige in being part of saving peoples lives.
Pros: That there is endless challenges daily and when the timing is right place for growth.
Cons: Working long hours without a choice.
