Get to experience lots of things with people also.

It’s not easy for a student who don’t have a kind of formal experience to find a job, but I have learned a lot in life like working nicely with people you produce a lot, even though it’s not easy because there are many kinds of people which turns to be a little bit hard to handle

Pros: Great opportunity of progressing, learning more
Cons: Long working hours

Physical suport

The company is catering students with education. Teaching and research is the core business of the company. Student participating in different activities, we as physical support and operation we are helping with carrying out the jobs that will make continue with their studies for example we are making sure that all electrical equipment are up to date, emergency, generators are ready in case there is a power failure

Pros: Our suport to the student is very important, it becomes very difficult for the university to run its daily work if there is no suport from us, so the people on top appreciate our contribution and treat us with respect for the output we are giving to the company.
Cons: Because we are comitted to serve, working normal hours is not that important on our line of work because some of the researches that are being done by the student are conducted at night where an emplyee is about to rest, but because the agreement that you signed with the employer binds you to work then you must do according to it. stand by and overtimes is something that we normally do.

Enjoyable experience of engaging with students and lecturing them with confidence

It was a day to day work experience of educating students that had no background and some had a background of computers. We had a good relationship with my co workers, I would fill in there classes if they had to attend classes or go somewhere urgently and most share our advices and challenges that defeat us in lecturing. I had to entertain the class so that they don't find me as a boring lecturer. My classes were all full because of my character or maybe style of approach.

Pros: Learn alot from others
Cons: Too much overtimes
